経営者はまず、集団のためには自己犠牲を払うことも厭わないような高潔な哲学を持っていなければならない。
An entrepreneur has a high-profile philosophy that he will be willing to make self-sacrifice to the group.

取り巻く環境がいかに変わろうとも、たとえば事業が成功し、名誉と多額の収入を得るようになったとしても、自分の欲望を抑制する克己心、真の正義を重んじる勇気を持っていなければならない。
