In order for you to display leadership, you need to have an impact to the extent that you can say " I am always fair and open."

「一切不正なことはしていない」と言い切れるところに迫力は生じるし、その公明正大さが経営者に自信を与え、困難な局面に立ち向かう勇気を湧き立たせてくれるのです。
Power comes from a man who can say "I have never done injustice," and such fairness gives an enterprise management confidence, and courage to face difficulties.
