中３年生からの抽出調査で、英語のspeaking ability を調べると
発表されていますが、これは将来、高校入試で、(1)聞き取りと(2)
speak-
ingの双方を合わせて、「５０％の配点比率」にまで高めるための
資料収集だそうです。

make a research of speaking ability of the third year
students at public junior high school from November.
According to a source of reliable information,it means
a collection of samples because the Education Minister
has a plan to expand the appreciation rate of both listen-
ing and speaking abilities up to 50% in the entrance ex-
aminations to public senior high school.
