来春新卒採用 内需型産業なお高水準 流通や電力 将来に備え 製造業は削減 雇用の受け皿、主役交代

It is learned that many of the domestic demand-oriented companies such as those providing delivery, electricity and financial services will continue their high numbers of employment of new graduates in the spring of 2010.Specifically,Tokyo Electricity Power and Macdonald's Japan are going to hire more employees than in 2009. Major banks like Mizuho Financial Group are likely to continue their employment of more than 1,000 people.Although they are facing head wind due to the current global recession, they all seem to secure hopeful human resources for their future prospect.Meanwhile, in the industries of cars and electric machinery hardly hit by the recession, they will reduce their numbers of employment. In these circumstances, employment in the whole industries will be declining. Then,it could be said that the areas that have greatly offered jobs for new graduates are changing from conventional export-oriented industries to domestic demand-oriented industries.
