> 住宅工事の現場責任者らに言いがかりをつけて住宅メーカーの業務を妨害したとして、威力業務妨害などの罪に問われた「全日本建設運輸連帯労働組合関西地区生コン支部」（関生支部）執行委員長の湯川裕司被告（50）に対し、大津地裁の畑山靖裁判長は２日、「執拗かつ悪質だ」として懲役４年の判決を言い渡した。

For defendant Yuji Yukawa (50) -- executive chairman of "branch office of Kansai soft concrete of Japan construction and transport solidarity labor union" (aka; branch office of Kansai soft concrete, who correct name in English is unknown), who was accused of forcible obstruction of business as he blocked the work of a housing maker by making false accusations to on-site manager(s) of housing construction and so on -- on March 2, the chief judge at the Otsu District Court Yasushi Hatahaka handed down a sentence of four years imprisonment, saying that "relentless and vicious."
The prosecution was eight years imprisonment.

> 判決などによると、被告は他の組合員と共謀し平成 29年２月と３月、大津市の住宅工事現場で住宅メーカーの現場責任者や作業員らに「ブルーシートが（敷地外に）はみ出ている。道路占有許可を取っているのか」「道路が汚れているので洗うように」と繰り返し指摘し、工事を中断させて業務を妨害した。

He was also found guilty of extortion, as he made false accusation to soft concrete sales company(s) and threatened to get \10 million.
