On May 6, the state run KCNA in N. Korea reported that a conference in which heads of the terminal tissue of the police, "branch public security stations," was held and General Secretary of the WPK Kim Jong-un encouraged participants on May 5.
It was the 1st holding this conference in aroud 11 years.
It seems to be aimed to upgrade surveillance of the society.
