Translation; The KEPCO completed the nuclear fuel rods installation work at the Takahama No. 2 nuclear power plant, and will restart it in September

On Aug. 10, the KEPCO released to have completed the work to install nuclear fuel rods into the nuclear reactor of the Takahama No. 2 nuclear power plant (Takahama Town, Fukui Pref.).
From now on, it's scheduled to restart it on Sept. 15, after assembling the container of the nuclear reactor.
If so, all of seven KEPCO's nuclear power plants, excluding those under decommissioning, will be in operation.

The operation of the Takahama No. 2 plant was started 47 years ago, which is the domestically 2nd oldest one only after the Takahama No. 1 plant which was resumed on July 28.
