負のスパイラルに早く気付くべきである。争っている時ではない。

今、世界では避難民が１億人だという。戦争や旱魃、経済の不調等、様々な理由が挙げられるが、その中の相当部分が、気候温暖化の影響を受けている。
山火事や洪水、高潮、旱魃、海面上昇、竜巻等の多発は、明らかに温暖化に起因しているとしか考えられない。
少し考えれば分かることだと思うが、上記の人類にとっての負の事項は、その対策や復旧のための努力を必要とし、温暖化を止めるために真に必要な努力にまで至らないという悪影響を及ぼす。
山火事は、二酸化炭素を発生させる一方で、当ガスを吸収する資源の消失を意味する。
継続する旱魃による耕作放棄は、耕作地の減少を意味し、難民の増加に直結している。
上記の山火事以下の事象は、人類の経済活動にとってはマイナスであり、温暖化対策への努力にまで手が回らないという結果を生んでいる。

つまり、温暖化は既に負のスパイラルに入っており、温暖化が温暖化自体を加速していると言っても過言ではない。
言うまでも無いことだと思うが、今、１のコストで解決出来ることが、１年経てば２倍のコストが掛かるということが、負のスパイラルの意味である。
これまで、人類は全体として真に有効な温暖化対策を実施して、充分な結果を出していないので、負のスパイラルから抜け出せなくなるのではないかと心配している。
このようなことは、渦や竜巻と同じようなもので、中に落ち込めば落ち込むほど、危険なゾーンに移行するのである。
経済も政治も社会システムも、根本的に見直す必要がある。戦争をやっている時ではない。

I think just that the frequent occurrence of wildfires, floods, storm surges, droughts, rising sea levels, tornadoes, etc. can be clearly attributed to warming.
I think that you can know with a little thought. The above-mentioned negative matters for humankind have the negative effect of requiring efforts for countermeasures and restoration, and can not do even the efforts that are truly necessary to stop global warming.
Wildfires mean the loss of resources that absorb this gas while producing carbon dioxide.
Continued drought abandonment of cultivated land means a decrease in cultivated land, which is directly linked to an increase in refugees.
The events the wildfires and so on mentioned above are negative for human economic activities, and have resulted in the inability to make efforts to combat global warming.

In other words, it is no exaggeration to say that global warming has already entered a negative spiral, and that global warming is accelerating itself.
Needless to say, the negative spiral means that what can be solved at a cost of 1 now will cost twice as much after a year.
So far, humankind has not implemented truly effective global warming countermeasures as a whole and has not produced sufficient results, so I am worried that we may not be able to get out of the negative spiral.
This is similar to a vortex or tornado, and the more you fall inside, the more you move into a dangerous zone.
The economy, politics, and social system etc. need to be fundamentally reviewed. It's not time to fight.

日本の統治システム（議会制民主主義）は、日本には不向きである。

太平洋戦争に敗北し、アメリカのマッカーサーの指導の下に新しい憲法を制定し、今の議会制民主主義のシステムが出来上がった。紆余曲折はあったものの、現在は大きな混乱もなく日本社会は動いている。しかし、本当にこのままで良いのだろうか？
選挙の投票率が欧米に比べて低いことが嘆かれるが、低くなるには低くなるべき理由がある。この点について、単に国民の意識の問題だという人が多いと思うが、問題を掘り下げて深く考えない人の言葉である。

日本の政治に関して、自分達は関与していないという疎外感、参画意識の欠如が根本にあり、この部分を変えない限り、今の議会制民主主義は充分に機能する筈がない。
選挙に対する意識が低いのではなく、今の議会制民主主義のシステムが、日本国民には不向きなのである。
遠い将来において、今のシステムが適合状態に至ることは有り得るが、現在においては不適である。
今の議会制民主主義のシステムは、問題なく機能しているように見えるかも知れないが、それは日本人環境適合能力が高いからである。

Regarding Japanese politics, there is a sense of alienation that we are not involved, and a lack of awareness of participation, and unless this part is changed, the current parliamentary democracy cannot function sufficiently.
The current system of parliamentary democracy in Japan is not suitable for the Japanese people, rather than having low awareness of elections.
In the distant future, it is possible that the current system will reach a conforming state, but it is currently unsuitable.
The current system of parliamentary democracy may seem to work without problems because of the high ability of the Japanese to adapt to the environment.
