原子力発電は有益か？

温暖化問題の対策として、原子力発電を活用すべきだという考え方がある。確かに原子力発電では温暖化効果ガスが全く出ないので、一つの方策であることは間違いがない。しかし、原子力発電は東日本大震災のような自然災害時の事故や、戦争・テロ攻撃による設備の損傷による放射能汚染、核廃棄物の処置に関するリスク等、致命的な問題を持っている。
これを経営的な視点から見ると、メルトダウン等の事故時の影響の大きさや、損害額を見積もることは困難なので（リスクの算定が不可能）、原子力発電の事業化は不可能と判断すべきものである。

現在、日本では稼働していない原子力発電の維持のためのコストを、電気料金に上乗せまでして賄っているとのことである。東日本大震災では、発電施設の損傷により、放射能が漏れ、住民避難、農作物や土壌の放射能汚染、海洋汚染、ブランドの低下等多くの経済的、精神的な被害を被ることになった。
また、避難の過程で亡くなった人も多くいたと聞いている。
一体、地震の多いこの国で、原子力発電が本当に有効な技術なのかどうか疑問を持たざるを得ない。

日本の国土を考えると、山が多く、火山国であり、回りが海で囲まれているので、マイクロ水力や、地熱発電、風力発電、海流発電など多くの選択肢がある。
SDGｓの流れからも再生可能エネルギーの開発に注力することは、大きな意義があり、日本国民全体の大きな賛同を得るに違いない。
リスクの算定が殆ど不可能な原子力発電を、国と国民が対立しながら、かつ恐い思いを抱いて進めようとするよりも、安心して国と国民が仲良く進められる再生可能エネルギー開発の路線の方が余程有効だと考えられる。
最後に一つ、リスクの算定が殆ど不可能に近く、公共財となるような事業（原子力発電）は、民間企業に任せるべきものではないとっ考える。

There is an idea that nuclear power generation should be utilized as a countermeasure against the global warming problem. Certainly, nuclear power generation does not emit any warming gas, so there is no doubt that it is one measure. However, nuclear power generation has fatal problems such as accidents during natural disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake, radioactive contamination due to equipment damage caused by war and terrorist attacks, and risks related to the disposal of nuclear waste.
When we consider from a management point of view, it is difficult to estimate the magnitude of the impact of an accident such as a meltdown and the amount of damage (risk cannot be calculated), so we must judge that commercialization of nuclear power generation is impossible.

It is said that the cost of maintaining nuclear power generation, which is not currently in operation in Japan, is covered by adding it to the electricity bill. In the Great East Japan Earthquake, the damage to the power generation facility caused many economic and psychological damages such as radiation leakage, evacuation of residents, radioactive contamination of agricultural products and soil, marine pollution, and brand deterioration.
I also have heard that many people died in the process of evacuation.
In this country with many earthquakes, I wonder if nuclear power generation is really an beneficial technology.

Considering Japan's land, it is a volcanic country with many mountains and is surrounded by the sea, so there are many options such as micro-hydropower, geothermal power generation, wind power generation, and ocean current power generation.
Focusing on the development of renewable energy from the flow of SDGs is of great significance and must gain the great support of the Japanese people as a whole.
Rather than trying to proceed with nuclear power generation, for which risk calculation is almost impossible, while the country and the people are in conflict and with fear, the route of renewable energy development that the country and the people can proceed at ease and on cooperation is considered to be very effective.
Finally, I think that businesses (nuclear power generation) that it is almost impossible to calculate risks and should become public goods should not be left to private companies.

独裁者が落ちる落し穴

独裁者が落ちる落し穴

習近平の身が危うくなってきた。彼は、汚職の摘発に乗じて政敵を排除し、自身の勢力を拡大しながら、自身の神格化を合わせて行ってきたが、多くの独裁者が落ちる落し穴に落ちようとしている。否、既に落ちてしまったのかも知れない。
落し穴に落ちた独裁者には、必ずと言って良いほど同じ兆候が現れる。それは、傲慢と猜疑心である。
傲慢は、人の意見に耳を傾けないことを意味し、側近集団がイエスマン状態に陥っていることをも意味する。
猜疑心が強くなることは、人の意見を素直に聞けなくなることを意味し、政権運営にとってマイナスになることは当然である。
中国はゼロコロナ政策で大きな失敗をしてしまった。中国のゼロコロナ政策は、感染力の強さとともにパフォーマンスは低下する。

当然、中国政府内でもこのことを指摘する人はいた筈だが、それを無視してゼロコロナで突っ走ってしまった。柔軟に現状に即してコロナに対応すれば良いものを、面子や過去の成功体験に縛られて、政策変更出来なかったという事である。
このことから、習近平は既に人の意見を素直に聞けない領域に入ってしまったと、私は判断している。神格化や自身の自伝情報を広めようとするなど、落し穴に嵌った独裁者がよくすることである。
この落し穴からは、容易に抜け出すことが出来ないことを、中国の心有る人はよく知らねばならない。

 

A pitfall where the dictator falls

Xi Jinping's existence is in jeopardy. He has taken advantage of the exposure of corruption, eliminated political opponents, expanded his power, and combined his deification, but he is about to fall into pitfall where many dictators fall into. No, he may have already fallen into the pitfall.
A dictator who falls into a pitfall will almost always show the same signs. It is arrogance and suspicion.
Arrogance means not listening to people's opinions and also means that a group of close aides is in a yesman state.
Increasing suspicion means that we cannot listen to people's opinions obediently, and it is natural that it will be negative for the administration.
China has made a big mistake by its Zero Corona policy.　China's Zero-COVID policy declines in performance as it becomes more infectious.

Of course, there must have been some people in the Chinese government who pointed out this, but Xi Jinping ignored it and ran with Zero Corona. It means that it was not possible to change the policy of what should be flexibly adapted to the current situation and respond to the corona because of the honor and past successful experiences. 
From this, I judge that Xi Jinping has already entered an area where he cannot listen to people's opinions honestly. It is often done by dictators who are stuck in pitfalls, such as trying to deify himself or disseminate their autobiographical information.
Chinese the wise  must be well aware that it is not easy to get out of this pit.

ロシアが崩壊？

ロシアが崩壊？

ロシア連邦は２０余の共和国からなっているが、ソ連の崩壊以後もその勢力圏から逃げ出す国が後を立たない。今回のウクライナ侵攻を見て、中立を保っていたスウェーデンとフィンランドがNATOに加わる決断をしたが、自業自得であろう。
国の中枢の一部の人間達が、重大な必要も無いのに敢えて起こした戦争に２０余の国も巻き込まれた訳である。

聞いたところによれば、ロシアから若い優秀な人材が西側諸国に脱出しているとのことである。
誰しも、祖国に愛着を持つものなので、悩んだ末の脱出の筈である。
ロシアは国際社会における信用を大きく傷つけてしまったので、その構成国である２０余の共和国にも影響がある筈だが、思い切ってロシア連邦から独立しようという動きが出るかも知れない。
その理由は、徳の薄い集団から、人は離れたくなることは自然だからである。

 

Russia collapses?

The Russian Federation consists of more than 20 republics, but even after the collapse of the Soviet Union, many countries have escaped from its sphere of influence. After seeing that Ukraine has been invaded by Russia , Sweden and Finland, which had remained neutral, decided to join NATO, but it is Russia's own fault.
More than 20 nations were involved in the war because some human beings at the center of the country dared to begin the war without any serious need.

I've heard that talented young people from Russia are escaping to Western countries.
Everyone has an attachment to their homeland, so they should have escaped after suffering without doubt.
Russia has severely damaged its credibility in the international community, so it should affect more than 20 republics, which are its constituent countries, but some countries may take a move to take the plunge and become independent of the Russian Federation.

The reason is that it is natural for people to want to leave a group with little virtue.
