人類衰亡の１ストーリー

　温暖化が止まらない。否、むしろ進行していると言った方が良いだろう。人類に暗い影をおとしているのは、温暖化だけではない。ウィルスの脅威もあるし、核兵器が脅しではなくて実際に使用される懸念も出てきた。
　こうして全体を眺めてみると、人類は繁栄ではなく衰亡していくように思える。ここで衰亡と表現したのは、滅亡で死に絶えるのではなく、少人数であっても生き残る人達はいるだろうと考えたからである。

　温暖化にしてもウィルスの蔓延にしても、国際的に協調し協力し合う事が出来れば、被害を小さくできるのだが、この障壁を乗り越えることが人類には出来ないものらしい。この流れで今後も進むとどうなるだろうか？それがこれから述べる１ストーリーである。

　欧米とロシア・中国との対立は一向に解消されない。SDGｓおよびその他の温暖化対策の努力も空しく、温暖化は益々進行していく。旱魃や洪水、海面上昇などにより、経済開発は減速しマイナスに転じる時が来る。難民が増えるなかで生活不安が増大し、その不安を克服しようと、戦争を仕掛ける国が出てくる。こうなると、温暖化問題など吹っ飛んで、泥沼の２１世紀になっていく。

　こうした流れで人類は激減していく。人口が減るので、人類の経済規模も縮小していく。人口がピーク時の僅か５％を下回った所で漸く温暖化が止まる。

　この逆の国際協調のストーリーを、人類は手にすることが出来るのだろうか。

A story of human decline
　It doesn't stop warming. No, it would be better to say that it is progressing. Global warming isn't the only thing that casts a dark shadow over humanity. There is also the threat of viruses, and there is concern that nuclear weapons will actually be used rather than threatened.
　Looking at it as a whole, it seems that humanity is declining rather than prospering. The reason why I used the word “decline” here is because I thought that there would be people who would survive, even if they were a small number, rather than die out in destruction.

　Whether it's global warming or the spread of viruses, if we can cooperate and cooperate internationally, we can reduce the damage, but it seems that human beings can't overcome this barrier. What will happen if this trend continues in the future? That is one story that I will tell you from now on.

　The confrontation between the West and Russia/China will never be resolved. The SDGs and other efforts to combat global warming are in vain, and global warming continues to progress. There will come a time when economic development will slow down and turn negative due to droughts, floods, and rising sea levels. As the number of refugees increases, the instability of life increases, and in an attempt to overcome that anxieties, some countries will cause war. If this happens, the global warming problem will be blown away, and the 21st century will become a quagmire.

　In this way, the human population will decrease sharply. Because the population declines, does the size of the human economy. Warming finally stops when the population falls below just 5% of its peak.

　Can human beings gain this opposite story of international cooperation?

民度と政治

　民度という言葉には明確な定義が無いようだが、ここでは以下のような場合に民度が高い状態を指すことにする。
　（１）嘘をつかない。
　（２）人との約束を守る。
　（３）公共ルールを守る。
　（４）公私を弁える。
　（５）文字を読み書きできる。

　民度という用語を使う場合は、一個人ではなく集団について論じるので、民度が高い場合は、上記の（１）～（５）が構成員の高い割合の人が該当するということになる。各項目は内容が異なるので、一様に論ずることは出来ないが、問題を単純化するために各項目を纏めて民度として論議することにする。
　その前提の上で、８割の人が該当する国を民度８０、５割の国を民度５０、３割の国を民度３０と表現するとしよう。何れの場合においても、嘘をつく人や、約束を守らない人はいるので、警察も裁判官も必要な機能ではある。
　しかしながら、民度８０の国では民度の高い人達が多数であり、警察や裁判官等は無駄なコストに思う傾向の人が８割になるということである。

　このように民度の高低によって、国家に必要な機能の種類や量は変わるのである。このことを踏まえて考えると、果たして法は、法だけを取り出して論じて良いものかどうかという疑問が沸いてくる。
　更に拡大解釈すると、ある国に於いて適切な法律であるとされたものが、別の国において適切な法律とは看做されないことになる。このことは法律だけではなく、社会制度にも当てはまるようだ。
　民主主義、共産主義、専制国家等、様々な政治形態があるが、欧米が唱導する民主主義と資本主義のセットは、決して先端の制度ではないし、万全のものでもない。
　そのように考えると、欧米はいまだに自分達の国家は最先端であるし、最上の国家のシステムを持っていると信じているのではないか？もし、そうであるなら、それは自惚れであるし、白人至上主義が未だ底流に流れているような気がしてならない。

The mindo and politics
　There seems to be no clear definition of the word "mindo", but here we will refer to a state of high mindo in the following cases.
　(1) Do not lie.
　(2) Keep promises with people.
　(3) Observe public rules.
　(4) Know public and private matters.
　(5) Can read and write characters.

　When we use the term Mindo, we are talking about a group rather than an individual, so if the Mindo is high, the above (1) to (5) apply to people with a high proportion of members. Since each item has a different content, it cannot be discussed in a uniform manner, and in order to simplify the problem, each item will be summarized and discussed as Mindo.
　On that premise, let's say that a country that 80% of the population belongs to Mindo is Mindo80, 50% is Mindo50, and 30% is Mindo30. In any case, there will be people who lie and people who do not keep their promises, so police and judges are necessary functions.
　However, in a country with Mindo80, there are many people with a high Mindo, and 80% of the people tend to think that the police and judges are wasteful costs.

　In this way, the types and amounts of functions necessary for a nation change depending on the high or low of Mindo. In light of this, the question arises as to whether or not the law can be discussed in isolation.
　A further extension is that what is considered to be the proper law in one country is not considered to be the proper law in another. This seems to apply not only to law, but also to social institutions.
　There are various forms of government, such as democracy, communism, and despotic states, but the combination of democracy and capitalism advocated by the West is by no means a cutting-edge system, nor is it perfect.
　Given that, don't the West still believe that their nations are on the cutting edge and have the best national system? If so, it's conceit, and I can't help but feel that white supremacy is still undercurrent.

釈迦もキリストもマホメットも宗教の開祖は、人類の幸福を願って教えを開いた筈である。しかしながら、その宗教も多くの間違いを生み出してきた。十字軍や１９世紀の植民地獲得競争、奴隷貿易等々、殆ど悪事といってよいことを、宗教界がバックアップしてきたのである。
　しかし、だからといって宗教を全否定することは、間違っている。宗教を分解すると教義、団体、信者の民度となるが、しばしば問題を起こすのは団体組織であろう。
　宗教家は、政治に宗教的見識を入れるべきだというが、過去の多くの事例を考えると、政教分離が無難なように思える。しかしながら、特定の宗教団体が政治に関与することには反対だが、博愛、非戦、友好、協力、信頼といった政治の質を上げる目的であれば、宗教的見識は大いに役立つだろう。

　２０世紀は科学が万能であるかの如くであり、科学技術で何でも解決出来るかのごとくであった。しかし、科学技術は飽くまで道具を提供するものであって、人間の情操がこれに伴わないと大きな不幸をもたらすことになる。現代は経済でも政治でもソフトパワーが非常に重要になってきており、博愛、非戦、友好等は宗教的活動から得られることも多いので、次代のためにも宗教界の役割は大きくなっていく筈だ。
　どこかの戦争好きの大統領のように、自国のことしか考えられない人物では、２１世紀の荒波を乗り切ることは、困難だろう。

In the crusades, the 19th-century competition for acquiring clonies, the slave trade, and so on, the actions that it is better that we almost conclude evil, have been backed up by the religious community.
　However, it is wrong to completely deny religion depending on the reason. Religion can be broken down into doctrines, organizations, and the people of the believers, but it is often the organizations that cause problems.
　Religious people say that religious views should be included in politics, but considering many cases in the past, it seems safe to separate religion and politics. However, while I oppose the involvement of specific religious groups in politics, religious insight can be of great help if it is aimed at improving the quality of politics such as philanthropy, non-warfare, friendship, cooperation, and trust.

　In the 20th century, it was as if science was omnipotent, as if science and technology could solve anything. However, science and technology is nothing more than a means of providing tools, and unless human wisdom accompanys this, great misfortune will result. In modern times, soft power has become extremely important in both economics and politics, and philanthropy, non-warfare, and friendship,etc are often obtained from religious activities. I So, the role of the religious world will grow up for the next generation.
　It will be difficult for a person who thinks only of his own country, like a certain war-loving president, to survive the rough seas of the 21st century.
