日本の統治システム（議会制民主主義）は、日本には不向きである。
太平洋戦争に敗北し、アメリカのマッカーサーの指導の下に新しい憲法を制定し、今の議会制民主主義のシステムが出来上がった。紆余曲折はあったものの、現在は大きな混乱もなく日本社会は動いている。しかし、本当にこのままで良いのだろうか？
選挙の投票率が欧米に比べて低いことが嘆かれるが、低くなるには低くなるべき理由がある。この点について、単に国民の意識の問題だという人が多いと思うが、問題を掘り下げて深く考えない人の言葉である。
日本の政治に関して、自分達は関与していないという疎外感、参画意識の欠如が根本にあり、この部分を変えない限り、今の議会制民主主義は充分に機能する筈がない。
選挙に対する意識が低いのではなく、今の議会制民主主義のシステムが、日本国民には不向きなのである。
遠い将来において、今のシステムが適合状態に至ることは有り得るが、現在においては不適である。
今の議会制民主主義のシステムは、問題なく機能しているように見えるかも知れないが、それは日本人環境適合能力が高いからである。
Japan's governance system (parliamentary democracy) is unsuitable for Japan.
After losing the Pacific War and enacting a new constitution under the guidance of MacArthur of the United States, the current system of parliamentary democracy was completed. Although there were twists and turns, Japanese society is now being operated without major confusion. However, is it really okay like this?
It is lamented that the turnout of elections is lower than in the West, but there is a reason why it should be low. I think many people think that this is just a matter of public awareness, but it is the words of those who do not delve into the problem and think deeply.
Regarding Japanese politics, there is a sense of alienation that we are not involved, and a lack of awareness of participation, and unless this part is changed, the current parliamentary democracy cannot function sufficiently.
The current system of parliamentary democracy in Japan is not suitable for the Japanese people, rather than having low awareness of elections.
In the distant future, it is possible that the current system will reach a conforming state, but it is currently unsuitable.
The current system of parliamentary democracy may seem to work without problems because of the high ability of the Japanese to adapt to the environment.
