哀れなプーチン氏

彼は、大ロシアを夢見て、国のために心血を注いで奮闘している積りでいる。彼の今回の軍事侵攻を見ていると、どうも大国の政治家とは思えない。彼は「孫子」を読んでいるのか？ウクライナの国情の把握がお粗末だし、持久戦になった時のことは全く考えていなかったようである。
周りのイエスマンの報告を真に受けて、拳を振り上げてしまった。
私はプーチン氏は、かなり傲慢になっていると思う。そんな人が拳を振り上げればどうなるか。自身の面子を保つために、拳を下せなくなるのだ。

ウクライナ国民のためだけではなく、ロシア国民のためにも早く自分の非を悟り、拳を下ろして欲しい。

He is dreaming of Great Russia and intend to be struggling for the country with all his heart and soul. Obserbing his now military invasion, I can't think he is a politician of a great power. Is he reading "The Art of War"? It seems that he had a poor grasp of Ukraine's national situation and had never thought about the things of the long drawn‐out battle.
He accepted the report of yes-man around him as true and raised his fist.
I think Mr Putin is pretty arrogant. What if such a person raises his fist? It becomes for him to be not able to lower his fist because he wants to save his face.

I want you to quickly realize your fault and lower your fist not only for the Ukrainian people but also for the Russian people.

プーチンの暴挙が止まらない。ウクライナでの殺戮と破壊で一体何が得られると言うのか？プーチンのせいでロシアは国際的な信用を失うどころか、ウクライナ人の何世代にも亘って恨まれるだろう。これこそ、ロシアの税金を使い、ロシアの国益にならない戦争である。国益にならないどころか、非常に大きな損失となるだろう。

Putin's outrage does not stop. What can they gain by the murder and destruction in Ukraine? Russia does not only lose international credibility but also Russia will be cursed by Ukrainians for generations, because of Putin. This is a war that uses Russian taxes and that does not conduce to Russia's national interest. Far from being in the national interest, it will be a huge loss.

生き残るためのガバナンス （Governance to survive）

この問題の解決は、国という部分最適しか考えられない集団に出来る訳がなく、地球規模の統治能力を人類が獲得するしか道はない。

この統治能力は、高い独立性と強制力、そして財政的基盤等を必要とする筈であり、半地球国家とも呼べるものである筈だ。

半地球国家と表現したのは、各国・各民族等の主権や人権は尊重されるべきであり、これまでの政治のあり方を阻害するものであってはならないが、かといって温暖化を抑えるためにはある程度の強制力を持つ必要があるからである。

The solution to this problem cannot be achieved by organizations that can only be considered partial optimization by a country, and the only way is taht humankind acquire global governance capabilities.

This governance ability should require a high degree of independence, coercion, and financial base, and should be called a semi-earth nation.

The reason that I express "semi-earth nation" is that we should respect the sovereignty and human rights of each country and ethnic group, and should not hinder the way of politics so far, but for the purpose that suppresses global warming, it must have a certain degree of coercive force.

温暖化問題の中で最大の問題は、問題解決に向けた強力な意志を人類が持てていないことである。

世界の各人、各企業、各国の自由意志に任せ、その意志を尊重して調整しながら温暖化問題に対処していくというあり方は、結果的には気候災害や旱魃、戦争等の大惨事を招くであろう。

 

The biggest problem of global warming is that human beings do not have a strong will to solve the problem.

The way of dealing with global warming problems by leaving it to the free will of each person, company, and country in the world and respecting and adjusting that will will result in major climate disasters, droughts, wars, etc.
