今、求められる政界再編

　裏金事件で自民党が揺れている。野党関係者は、自民党には国政を担う資格がないというが、全くと言って良いほど迫力がない。小党が乱立していて、政権をとる事が出来ないからである。
　野党関係者は、自民党の派閥政治を非難するが、小さくてバラバラな状態の野党群も派閥と言えなくもない。

　国民は恐らく自民党に呆れて岸田内閣を支持していない人が多いものの、政権を任せられる野党がない事も事実である。自民党一強が政治腐敗の根本でもあるので、野党は一丸となって立ち向かうべきである。

　Although there are many people who do not support the Kishida cabinet, perhaps because they are dismayed by the Liberal Democratic Party, it is also true that there is no opposition party capable of entrusting the government to power. The fact that the Liberal Democratic Party only is so powerful is the root cause of political corruption, so the opposition parties should stand together as one.

　政治資金パーティを利用した裏金作り事件で東京地検が捜査している。政治家は社会の不合理をなくし、不正を正すために活動すべきなのに、自ら法を犯し、税金で運営されている検察コストを使っている。
　政治家にはお金が必要だといっている政治屋がいたが、そのような問題を解決するのも政治家の努めである。

　お金や大臣ポストに目が眩んで、国の内外の問題が見えなくなっているのかも知れない。
　だとしたら、大問題である。日本の議会制民主主義は、殆ど有効に機能していないので、国民の政治参加のあり方から考え直す時期にきているのではないだろうか。

　It may be that they are so focused on money and ministerial posts that they are unable to see domestic and international issues.
　If so, that's a big problem. Since Japan's parliamentary democracy is hardly functioning effectively, perhaps it is time to reconsider how people should participate in politics.

　ダイハツが検査不正で全車種の出荷停止に追い込まれた。検査不正は組織的に行われ過去何年にも亘り不正が行われていたようだ。
　社内の強烈なプレッシャーが一因になっていた様だが、これでダイハツブランは地に落ちたと言っても良いだろう。

　このような企業風土に根ざした不祥事は、先のビッグモーターの事件と同様に深刻な影響を企業に齎すものである。何よりもガバナンスの問題と言ってよいだろう。
　それにしても、自動車という安全性が最も重要な品質要素に関して、品質管理システムの国際規格を取得している企業が、このような不祥事を起こすというのは、如何にも皮肉な話である。

　仏造って魂入れずとはこの事である。

　Still, it is ironic that a company that has acquired international standards for quality management systems for automobiles, a quality element in which safety is the most important factor, would cause such a scandal.

　コラテラル・ダメージとは、軍事行動によって付随的に発生してしまう民間人の犠牲の事をいう。民間人の死傷は可能な限り避ける努力をする事は当然であるが、軍事行動においては仕方がない事とされる。

　今回のイスラエルの軍事行動においては、イスラエルによる軍事行動によって、多くの民間人の犠牲者が出ており、今もなお犠牲者は増え続けている。
　その原因は、民間人を紛争地から避難させる努力が足りなかった事、紛争地を特定する事が難しい事等、いろいろあると思うが、子供、女性、老人等の犠牲者が余りにも多く、コラテラル・ダメージだとして片付けられないレベルであるように思う。

　イスラエルは、ローマ帝国に国を解体させられて以降、多くの困難を経て元の地に建国した事から国防の意識は並々ならぬものがあるだろう。
　しかしながら、だからといってパレスチナの民間人を殺戮してよいと言う事にはならない。

　因果応報という言葉があるが、イスラエルは将来今回のつけを払う事になるだろう。

　情報技術の発達により、情報伝達のスピードが速くなり、情報量も多くなってきた。一昔前であれば、個人が不特定多数の人に事実や問題を投げかける事が難しかったのに、今ではいとも簡単に行えるようになってきた。

　人間社会の出来事を日々知らせる新聞やテレビ等のマスメディアよりも、インターネット経由で流れる情報量の方が多くなっているように思われる。
　このような背景から、昔であれば大組織に対して糾弾したい事案があっても情報の発信力の弱さから、訴える事を諦めていたところが、最近では暴かれる事が多くなってきている。

　ここで別の問題が浮上してきている。偽情報も含めて情報の確からしさの問題と、情報の咀嚼、活用が追いつかないという問題である。
　様々な情報が提示されても、真偽、正邪の評価が情報を受け取る個人によって異なるだろうし、ある情報の整理が付かないまま、また新たな情報が出てきてしまうだろう。そうした、混沌の時代に突入している。
