逆ピラミッド型組織と政界事情
逆ピラミッド型組織という考え方がある。顧客を第一に考え、その次に社員を重視し、経営層は最後に組織を下支えをしなければならないという捉え方である。この考え方によれば、経営層が最も深く多面的に組織について考え、心血を注いで組織に思いを込める必要があるという事になる。
この考え方を是とすると、一般社員が課長、部長、取締役と出世をする事は、苦労を背負い込むだけだという発想が出ても奇妙ではない。世の中には、管理職になりたくないという人がいるが、多少、給与が上がるだけで、残業も増えるので敬遠したいというのが本音であろう。
このように考えてくると、出世をおめでとうと祝いの言葉を投げかけるのは、不自然ではないかと思えてくる。まさか、現代において出世した人にご愁傷様とは言えないが、その事自体が逆ピラミッド型組織の考えと異なっている事の証左ではないか？
政界でも、一国の首相になると、祝福のメッセージを送る事が当然とされているようだが、苦労と重い責任を担うことを考えれば、祝う気にはなれないという政治家がいてもよい筈である。それが出来るのは、「権力闘争に勝って大変でしたね」という気持ちの現われなのだろう。
この状況を別の言葉で表現すると、現代の政治家はどちらかというと、国民目線であるよりも支配者目線であるということである。
