Press Building Hours of Operation: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Please note: Press Parking and shuttles will operate around these times. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
Facility Access:
Upon arrival to Augusta National Golf Club, all members of the press should proceed immediately to the Press Building to retrieve their credentials.
During the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals, all accredited press – which includes holders of Working Press, Press, Photographer and Media Badges – will have access to the areas outside the ropes open to ticketed patrons. This includes the Tournament Practice Area, Clubhouse putting green and the 18 green area. Access to other golf course areas near the Clubhouse (such as No. 1 tee, No. 9 green and No. 10 tee) will also be granted.
All accredited press will also have access to the area inside the ropes under the Clubhouse Oak during the competition for interviews. In some cases, there will be reserved viewing areas for Working Press and Photographer Badge holders. No Clubhouse, Trophy Room, Clubhouse Terrace, Grill Room or Locker Room access will be provided at any time on Sunday, April 3.
Once the competition closes and gates are closed to ticketed patrons, Working Press and Press Badge holders will be allowed to remain on the golf course side of the Clubhouse, though limited to the areas around the Clubhouse Oak, Nos. 1 and 10 tees and the Clubhouse putting green. Video cameras and still cameras will be allowed at the Tournament Practice Area only at this time.

7:30 AM Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals Begins
1:00 PM Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals Ends
1:15 PM Press Conference with Overall Winners
2:00 PM* Gates Close
* Approximate time: Gates close to patrons one hour after the end of competition. Trophies for individual skills and overall champions will be presented following the conclusion of the competition in each age group/division on the Clubhouse Terrace.

ご存じない読者が多いと思いますが、アメリカゴルフ協会、プロ協会、マスターズが共同設立者で、７歳から１５歳まで、各地区予選を勝ち抜いた子供たちが、ここオーガスタナショナルに集合したのです。ドライヴァーとパットで戦います。このような機会を子供たちに与えて、将来のゴルフ界を見据えた世界的に意義のある毎年、マスターズウイークの最初の日曜日に行われます。日本も、規模は小さくても、これは真似るべき大会と思料します。記者は、中日クラウンウイークの日曜日を推薦します。各地の予選を通過した子供たちのゲームは、人気を呼ぶ大きな教育的大会になるのは、間違いありません。
