空港外資規制 見送り 政府 今国会、法案に盛らず 対日投資への影響へ配慮
The government has decided to postpone the enactment of the adoption of the regulation against foreign fund investments in airport-related companies in Japan. Initially, the Ministry of Land,Infrastructure and Transport intended to submit the bill amending the current Airport Facility Maintenance Law,which also included the clause for regulating the foreign fund investments,into the current Diet session. But,the ministry has finally decided to exclude the clause from the bill. This decision has come after the negative effects of the regulation,if enacted,have been carefully took into consideration.
