人材が減少していく現代社会

　人材と言っても様々であるが、特に重要な人材としては、組織を構築したり組織を率いるリーダー的な存在だろう。昔から勇将の下に弱卒無しと言われるように、国家をも含めて、人間集団は上位集団の質に大きく左右される。質が高ければ栄え、低ければ衰退していく。
　その質とは、傾聴力、思いやり、表現力、構想力、説得力等の程度のことである。

　こうした力は、実は複雑な人間関係の下で育まれる事が知られているが、現代社会は核家族や独居が多くなりつつあり、大家族は減少傾向にある。大家族では、祖父母や叔父甥、嫁・姑といった複雑な関係が多数有り、人が成長する上での貴重な環境が豊富にある。しかしながら、現代社会はこうした事情を考慮せずに、人材を追い求めているようだ。

　There are various types of human resources, and the most important type of human resources is the leader who builds and leads an organization. As it has long been said that a good general will make good men, human groups, including nations, are greatly influenced by the quality of their superior groups. If the quality is high, it will prosper, and if it is low, it will decline.
　The quality is the degree of listening ability, compassion, expressiveness, conceptual ability, persuasiveness, and the like.

　It is known that such power is actually nurtured under complicated human relationships, but in modern society, nuclear families and solitary households are becoming more common, and the number of large families is decreasing. In a large family, there are many complex human relationships such as grandparents, uncles and nephews, daughters-in-law and mothers-in-law, and there is an abundance of valuable environments for people to grow. However, modern society seems to pursue human resources without considering these circumstances.
