戦争への誘い方

　独裁政権が他国との戦争を計画する際には、現代においては総力戦となるため、国民が戦争を受け入れるように画策する事が必要になる。そのため、仮想敵国を憎むような情報を流したり、愛国心を植えつける教育を義務教育の先生達に押し付けたりする。
　敵国が責めてくるかも知れないと怖れさせ、不信を抱かせ、他国との交流を絶ち、分断させ戦争へと引き込んでいく。
　そして政権への不満が高まった時に、そのエネルギーを外に逸らすために他国への攻撃を開始する。

How to lead to War
　When a dictatorial government plans a war with another country, it must devise a strategy to get the people to accept the war, since it would be a total war in modern times. To that end, they may spread information that would make people hate the potential enemy country, or force teachers in compulsory education to instill patriotism in their students.
　They make people fear that enemy countries may attack them, so they develop distrust, cut off communication with other countries, divide them, and drag them into war.
　Then, when dissatisfaction with the government grows, they start attacking other countries to divert that energy outward.
