組織の安定は腐敗に繋がる

　石場総理の商品券問題で、自民党のお金についての感覚が麻痺している事が明らかになった。民主党政権の拙さに国民が嫌気して、他に選択肢が無かった事から安倍氏の長期政権になった訳であるが、この長期政権で気が緩んだのであろう、自民党の組織腐敗が進行してしまった様である。

　どのような組織であっても、安定していて変化の少ない組織は気が緩み腐敗していくものである。組織が安定する事は一見して好ましいように思われるが、組織腐敗と裏腹である事に注意する必要がある。

　The gift certificate issue involving Prime Minister Ishiba has revealed that the LDP has lost its sense of money. The people were fed up with the poor management of the Democratic Party, and there was no other choice, which is why Mr. Abe took over as president. However, perhaps this long-term administration has allowed LDP to become complacent, and organizational corruption within the LDP has progressed.

　No matter what kind of organization it is, if it is stable and changes little, it will become lax and corrupt. At first glance, a stable organization may seem desirable, but it is important to note that this is the opposite of organizational corruption.
