日本は、より良い国際社会の実現の向かって、リーダーシップを発揮すべきである。
そのための必要条件は次のように考えたが、どんなものか？
（１）公平性
（２）信頼感
（３）説得力
（４）構想力（世界・民族・宗教等に関する知識や理解力）
（５）組織化能力
自由主義陣営の盟主であったアメリカは、味方でない者は敵だと思い込む習性があるのではないか？だとすれば、適任ではない。
日本はどうかというと、（４）と（５）は補強する必要があるが、もっとも重要な（１）と（２）は充分に備えている。
中国に侵略した罪滅ぼしのためにも、地球ガバナンスの実現にむけて、日本は一肌脱いではどうか？

Japan should take leadership towards the realization of a better international community.
I thought the necessary conditions for that were as follows, but what do you think?
(1) Fairness
(2) Reliance
(3) Persuasive power
(4) Conceptual power (knowledge and understanding of the world, ethnic groups, religions, etc.)
(5) Organization building ability
Isn't the United States, the leader of the liberal camp, habitually thinking that those who are not on their side are enemies? If so, it is not suitable.
As for Japan, it is needed that (4) and (5) are reinforced, but the most important (1) and (2) are fully prepared.
Why don't Japan make an effort toward the realization of Earth governance in order to atone for the sins that invaded China?
