異次元の施策に必要な異次元の発想

　岸田首相の異次元の少子化対策が避難されている。異次元と言うには余りにも小規模で、財源を何処に求めるかといった末節の話まで出ている。
　そもそも、岸田首相は誇大に話す癖があり、最初から異次元などという言葉を使うところから間違ってしまっている。表題に示したように、異次元の施策であれば、異次元の発想が必要であろう。

　少子化は日本だけのトレンドではなく、世界の先進国共通の問題であり、多少の補助金や支援制度で解決できる問題ではない事を日本政府は知るべきである。昔、中国古代の戦国時代に法に偽りが無い事を国民に知らしめるために、簡単な作業の対価として大金を与えて民の信用を獲得したという商鞅の話がある。
　日本国民全体が驚く位の施策でないと異次元の少子化対策とは言えないし、それくらいでないと少子化のトレンドを変える事は出来ないであろう。

　Prime Minister Kishida's different dimension measures to combat the declining birthrate have been criticized. It's too small to be called a different dimension, and there are even  trifling discussions about where to seek financial resources.
　To begin with, Prime Minister Kishida has a habit of exaggerating things, and he made a mistake in using words such as "another dimension" from the beginning. As indicated in the title, if the measures are of a different dimension, then ideas of a different dimension will be needed.

　The Japanese government should know that the declining birthrate is not a trend unique to Japan, but is a common problem in developed countries around the world, and is not a problem that can be solved with a few subsidies or support systems. There is a story of a long time ago, during the Warring States period of ancient China, in order to show the people that the law was true, Shang Yang won the trust of the people by giving them a large sum of money in exchange for simple work.
　Unless the measures are taken to the point where the entire Japanese people are surprised, they cannot be called measures against the declining birthrate on a different level, and unless they are such measures, it will not be possible to change the trend of the declining birthrate.
