ゼロコロナ政策という愚策

　中国がざわついている。ゼロコロナ政策を守るために、火災から市民を救う事が遅れたとの事である。感染力の強いオミクロン株をゼロコロナ政策で抑えようとする事自体が間違っている。
　ゼロコロナ政策は、感染力が弱いが毒性が強いウィルスの場合は有効だろうが、感染力が強い場合は防疫コストが高くつき、パフォーマンスが低下する事は容易に想像がつく。

　中華人民共和国はその名の通り、人民のための政府でなければならない。それにも拘らず、権力の亡者が自身のプライドや名誉の視点で国家運営を進めている。
　そのような政府は、人民の代表者たる資格は無い。多分、ゼロコロナ政策がオミクロンには不適切で、その内に行き詰まるだろうと思っていた中国人は何人もいただろう。
　しかしながら、そんな正論を言えないのが独裁国家の常である。

　オミクロン株には、ゼロコロナ政策が有効でないだけではない。ゼロコロナ政策の中で、餓死した人や医療をまともに受けられなかった人等、調査を行えば、人災の側面も沢山出てくるだろう。

　また、この愚かな政策は中国の経済を毀損し、外国企業の中国離れを加速させ、碌な事がない。習近平というのは、経済が全く分かっていないのではないか？
　自身のプライドを守るために、中国経済を傷付け、国家の安寧を後退させた。自分の周りをイエスマンで固める人物に碌な人間はいない。
　ところで、最近中国はゼロコロナ政策を見直して、軌道修正しているようだが、科学的な根拠に基づいているのだろうか。集団免疫が出来ていない段階で防疫管理を緩める事にもリスクがある。
　中国は極端に走らず、中庸の精神で政治を行って欲しい。

The stupid plan called the zero-corona policy
　China is buzzing. It is said that saving citizens from fires was delayed in order to execute the zero corona policy. Trying to suppress the highly contagious Omicron stock with a zero-corona policy is itself wrong. 
　A zero-corona policy would be effective for viruses that are weakly infectious but highly virulent.
However, if the infection is strong, the cost of quarantine will be high, and it is easy to imagine that the performance will decline.

　The People's Republic of China, as its name suggests, should be a government for the people. In spite of this, the power mongers are managing the nation from the perspective of their own pride and honor.
　Such governments are not qualified to be representatives of the people. There must have been many Chinese who thought that the zero-corona policy was inappropriate for Omicron and would eventually get stuck.
　However, it is normal for a dictatorship state to not be able to say such a correct argument.

　Not only is the zero-corona policy ineffective for Omicron variant. Under the zero-corona policy, many aspects of man-made disasters will come out if China investigate the true facts about people who starved to death or who could not receive proper medical care.

　In addition, this foolish policy damages China's economy and accelerates foreign companies' departure from China, which is not good at all. Xi Jinping doesn't understand economics at all, does he?
　In order to protect his own pride, he has damaged China's economy and undermined national security. There is no decent human being who surrounds himself with yes-men.
　By the way, China recently reviewed its zero-corona policy and seems to be correcting its trajectory, but is it based on scientific evidence? There is also a risk in loosening quarantine management at the stage when herd immunity is not established.
　I hope that China will not go to extremes and conduct politics with a spirit of moderation.

アメリカの属国、日本

　１９５１年に日本はサンフランシスコ平和条約を連合諸国と締結し、同時に米国とは日米安全保障条約を締結した。人類の歴史において、戦勝国が敗戦国に対する対応の有り方が非寛容である事例は無数に有るが、米国のそれは概ね寛容であったと言って良いだろう。

　国の体制としての天皇制は容認されたし、飢える国民のための食料援助も米国は行ってくれた。仮に占領軍が当時のソビエトであったとしたらどうだろうか？恐らく、悲惨な時代を日本国民は経験していたに違いない。
　仮に日本が戦勝国となり、米国を統治するような事が有ったとしたら日本はどのように米国人に応対しただろうか？鬼畜米英と言って、敵視していた日本人である。
　とてもではないが、マッカーサーのような対応は出来なかったであろう。

　さて、しかしながらである。先の平和条約で独立国となった日本は、独立心はすっかり薄れて米国追従の国家に落ちぶれたように思える。
　米国は日本を戦略的なパートナーであると言うが、本当にそうだろうか？日本の食糧安全保障や、環境保全への努力を無視して威圧してくるし、沖縄での米兵の暴力事件は収まらないし今も続いている。貿易不均衡で問題が生じれば、力でねじ伏せようとする。

　問題は米国にも有るが、多くは日本側にあるだろう。高圧的態度に出る米国に問題はあるが、それを許している日本にこそ、大きな問題がある。武力を放棄し、牙を抜かれた日本人はいつの間にか、自分達を永遠に米国が守ってくれるのだ錯覚しているのではないか？

　米国にはマッカーサーのような人もいるが、そうではない好戦的な人も沢山いるのである。米国の属国のように追従している限り、自由に国の将来を考える事は出来ないし、真の独立国家とは言えないだろう。国際的には日本の意見は米国と同じなので、注意して聞かれる事も無くなるに違いない。

　In 1951, Japan signed the San Francisco Peace Treaty with the Allied Powers and at the same time signed the US-Japan Security Treaty with the United States. In the history of mankind, there have been countless examples of victorious nations being intolerant of defeated nations. However, it can be said that the United States was generally tolerant.

　The emperor system was accepted as a national system, and the United States provided food aid for the starving Japanese people. What do you think, if the occupying forces were the Soviets of the time? Perhaps the Japanese people must have experienced a tragic era.
　If Japan were to win the war and rule the United States, how would Japan have responded to the Americans? Japanese viewed English and American as enemies by the name of the Western savages.
　It would not have been possible to respond like MacArthur at all.

　Now, however. Japan, which became an independent country under the peace treaty, seems to have lost its spirit of independence and fallen to a country that follows the United States.
　The United States says Japan is a strategic partner, but is that really the case? They ignore Japan's food security and efforts to preserve the environment and intimidate us, and the violent incidents of US soldiers in Okinawa have not stopped and are still going on. If a trade imbalance becomes a problem, they will try to solve by force.

　There are problems in the United States, but most of them are on the Japanese side. There is a problem with the US, which takes an overbearing attitude, but there is a big problem with Japan, which allows it. The Japanese, who have abandoned military force and have their fangs pulled out, may have the illusion that the United States will protect them forever.

　There are people like MacArthur in the United States, but there are also many belligerent people who are not so. As long as Japan follows US like a vassal state of the United States, Japan cannot think freely about the future of the country, and Japan cannot be said to be a truly independent nation. Internationally, Japan's opinion is the same as that of the United States, so politicians of the world must think there will be no need to be careful about Japan's opinion.
