　トランプ大統領がこれまでアメリカがウクライナに支援した見返りにウクライナの鉱物資源の権益に目が眩んだようだ。民主主義を守るための戦いであり、支援であった事が急に経済問題に転換しようとしている。
　トランプ大統領にとって、国際法や正義はどうでも良いのだろうか？偉大なアメリカなど聞いて呆れてしまう。

　It seems that President Trump has been dazzled by the prospect of Ukraine's mineral interests in return for the US's support for Ukraine. What was originally a fight to protect democracy, and support is suddenly shifting to an economic issue.
　Does President Trump have any interest in international law or justice? I am astonished to hear about America being great. Trump makes America vulgar again.

G0　－　漂流する人類

　G7やG20というキーワードに変わってG0というキーワードがマスメディアで流れている。先進７カ国や先進20カ国を表す言葉だったが、G0はリーダーたる国家はほぼ無くなり、多極化の時代に突入したことを表している。
　G0にどのような意味を持たせるかは人によって異なるだろうが、リーダーもなく長期の構想も海図もない混迷の時代に入ったと言えるだろう。

　統率者もリーダーもいない状態を歴史的視点から観ると、日本や中国の戦国時代を想起する。この時代は、政治を取り仕切る機関が不在若しくは極端に弱くなったので、道理が通用せず、戦闘に終始するようになったのである。
　平和基金会の脆弱国家の考え方を一国家ではなく地球レベルで考えれば、地球自体が脆弱国家であり国家として悪化していきつつあるということである。

　Instead of the keywords G7 and G20, the keyword G0 is now circulating in the mass media. 　The meaning that G0 represents will vary from person to person, but it can be said that we have entered a chaotic era without a leader, a long-term vision, or a navigational chart.

　Looking at this state of affairs without a leader or commander from a historical perspective, it brings to mind the Warring States period in Japan and China. During this time, the institutions that controlled politics were absent or extremely weak, so reason did not prevail and the country was dominated by fighting.
　If we consider the Peace Foundation's concept of fragile states not from a national perspective but from a global perspective, the Earth itself is a fragile state and is deteriorating as a nation state.

　平和基金会が世界の破綻国家として報告しているなかで最も悪いレベルの国家の現状は概ね次のような状態であろう。

（１）賄賂行為が蔓延していて、公的機能が至る所で麻痺している。
（２）反政府の武装勢力が存在している。
（３）政府の権能が国家の一部にしか及ばない。
（４）全国的な選挙を実施できない。
（５）国民の大多数が政府を信用していない。
（６）テロ集団があり政府のように徴税している。

The current state of failed states around the world
　The current state of the worst-case scenario countries listed in the world's failed states report by the Peace Foundation can be roughly described as follows:

(1) Corruption is widespread, and public functions are paralyzed everywhere.
(2) There are armed anti-government groups.
(3) The government's authority extends to only part of the country.
(4) Nationwide elections cannot be held.
(5) The majority of the people do not trust the government.
(6) There are terrorist groups that collect taxes like a government.

地位への執着

　大組織になればなるほど、高い地位は多くの人にとっては誇らしいものであるだろう。世間にはそのような高い地位に関心も興味も無い人はいるものだが、多くの人が出世として高い地位に着くことは喜ばしいと考えるだろう。
　ところで、このような高い地位の中でも国家元首となると、少し様子が変わってくる筈である。中でも独裁者となれば、その地位に着いていることへの執着心が芽生える筈である。

　その執着心の源泉は幾つか考えられる。
（１）その地位に着いている事で、大きな権力や財力が得られる。
（２）その地位を手放すと、政敵から攻撃される怖れが生じる。独裁者が人を信じることが出来なくなる事は、よく知られている。
（３）自尊心や優越感に浸っていたい。

Obsession with status
　The larger the organization, the more likely it is that a high position is something to be proud of. There are people in the world who have no interest or concern in such high positions, but many people will be happy to reach a high position as a promotion.
　By the way, when it comes to being the head of state among such high-ranking positions, things are bound to be a little different. In particular, when it comes to being a dictator, one is bound to feel an attachment to being in that position.

　There are several possible sources of this obsession.
(1) Holding that position brings great power and wealth.
(2) There is a fear that if they give up their position, they will be attacked by political opponents. It is well known that dictators become unable to trust people.
(3) They want to bask in the feeling of self-esteem and superiority.

日本の政治は上手くいっているか？

日本の政治の平和基金会による評価は、警報、要注意、安定、持続可能の内の安定である。破綻又は無政府状態に近い「警報」レベルほど酷くはないが、フィンランドやノルウェーのように国民が政府を信頼しきっている国と比較すれば、雲泥の差がある。

　政治家や官僚は腐敗しているし、国民目線で考えられないので、信頼どころか政治に憤慨していると言って良いだろう。民主主義は形ばかりで実質的な国民主権とは程遠い。政治の透明性を高めるために、政治の仕組みを第三者委員会で検討したらどうかという賢明な提案も愚かな野党に潰される始末である。
　民主主義を生み出した西欧の国なら反政府運動が起きても不思議ではないだろう。

Is Japanese politics going well?
　The Peace Foundation has rated Japan's politics as stable, out of the four levels of "alert," "needs caution," "stable," and "sustainable." It's not as bad as the "alert" level, which is closer to bankruptcy or anarchy, but it's a world apart from countries like Finland and Norway, where the people have complete trust in their governments.
　Politicians and bureaucrats are corrupt and cannot think from the public's point of view, so it is fair to say that far from trusting politics, people are angry about it. Democracy is a mere formality, and is far from actual the sovereignty of the people. A wise proposal to have a third-party committee examine the political system to increase transparency in politics was crushed by the foolish opposition party.
　It is not surprising that anti-government movements would arise if japan is a Western country that gave birth to democracy.
