フジテレビ倒産 ?

　フジテレビは倒産するかも知れない。フジテレビを週に何度か見るが、広告主が戻っていないような印象を受ける。それに経営層が関与が疑われる事件では、企業イメージの毀損が伴ってこれを復旧する事が極めて難しくなる。
　かつて、雪印やビッグモーターが組織ぐるみの不正で企業イメージを毀損し事業譲渡や廃業に追い込まれている。
　フジテレビも同様の末路を辿るかも知れない。

　Fuji TV may go bankrupt. I watch Fuji TV several times a week, and I get the impression that advertisers have not returned. In addition, if the incident involves suspected involvement of the management, the company's image will be damaged and it will be extremely difficult to recover.
　In the past, Snow Brand and Big Motor have been forced to sell their businesses or go out of business after their corporate image was damaged by widespread corruption.

組織の安定は腐敗に繋がる

　石場総理の商品券問題で、自民党のお金についての感覚が麻痺している事が明らかになった。民主党政権の拙さに国民が嫌気して、他に選択肢が無かった事から安倍氏の長期政権になった訳であるが、この長期政権で気が緩んだのであろう、自民党の組織腐敗が進行してしまった様である。

　どのような組織であっても、安定していて変化の少ない組織は気が緩み腐敗していくものである。組織が安定する事は一見して好ましいように思われるが、組織腐敗と裏腹である事に注意する必要がある。

　The gift certificate issue involving Prime Minister Ishiba has revealed that the LDP has lost its sense of money. The people were fed up with the poor management of the Democratic Party, and there was no other choice, which is why Mr. Abe took over as president. 　No matter what kind of organization it is, if it is stable and changes little, it will become lax and corrupt. At first glance, a stable organization may seem desirable, but it is important to note that this is the opposite of organizational corruption.

　石場総理が商品券を１年生議員にお土産として渡した件で糾弾されている。瀕死の自民党が更に窮地に立たされていくようである。
　今回の事件では、１年生議員から送った商品券を返却されてしまうという首相の面子が潰れてしまうおまけまで付いている。

　国政を効率よく運営できず、かつ、国民が期待する政治も実現できない自民党は、自滅の方向にあると言って良いだろう。

　Prime Minister Ishiba is being criticized for giving gift certificates to first-year lawmakers as souvenirs. It seems the moribund Liberal Democratic Party is getting even more cornered.
　This incident has the added bonus of damaging the Prime Minister's reputation as the gift certificates he sent to first-year lawmakers were returned.

　It is fair to say that the Liberal Democratic Party, which is unable to run national politics efficiently and is also unable to deliver the politics the people expect, is heading for self-destruction.

現代に適応できない議会制民主主義

　「政治は誰のためのものか？」と聞けば、国民のためのものである。では、どのような年齢層に重点を置くべきかと聞けば、より多くの未来の時間を生きる若者に重点を置くべきだろう。しかしながら、政治を取り仕切るのは、高齢者若しくは老人達で、この年齢層の常識で判断するのが今の政治の実情であろう。
　しかも、時代の変化は凄まじく、腰の重い議会制民主主義では、対応の限界を超えてしまっているのが、実情であろう。
　与党と野党が闘うような議会制民主主義そのものの存在意義がよく分らない。

　If you ask "Who is politics for?", the answer is for the people. Then, if you ask which age group should be emphasized, the emphasis should be on young people who will live in the future. However, it is the elderly or older people who control politics, and the reality of politics today is that decisions are made based on the common sense of this age group.
　Moreover, the times are changing so rapidly that it seems that our sluggish parliamentary democracy is no longer able to keep up.
I don't really understand the raison d'être of parliamentary democracy itself, where the ruling and opposition parties fight each other.

　アメリカのNGO平和基金会の2023年度の脆弱国家調査によれば、警報レベル29カ国、要注意レベル79カ国、安定レベル52カ国、持続可能レベル19カ国となっている。因みに日本は安定レベルの中の最上位にある。
　警報レベルと要注意レベルを足すと108カ国となるが、全調査国数179カ国の60．3％に相当する。
　欧米の主権在民や民主主義を貶す積もりはないが、地球全体を眺めると上記のように決してよく統治されているとは言えないだろう。

　21世紀という人類存亡の時期に、地球が全体として多くの問題を孕んでおり、解決の糸口が掴めていない事は非常に残念である。問題の一つは、統治能力が脆弱な国家や民族を国家として認定している事がある。国家や民族の成熟度に応じて行政代行や政治を支援する制度が国際的な組織として出来れば良いかも知れない。

　According to the 2023 fragile states survey by the American NGO Endowed for Peace, there are 29 countries at the warning level, 79 at the caution level, 52 at the stable level, and 19 at the sustainable level. Incidentally, Japan is at the top of the stable level.
　If we add together the warning and caution level countries, the total number of countries is 108, which accounts for 60.3% of the total 179 countries surveyed.
We have no intention of disparaging the sovereignty and democracy of the West, but when we look at the globe as a whole, as shown above, it cannot be said that the countries are well governed.

　It is a pity that the 21st century is a critical time for the survival of humanity, and the Earth as a whole is plagued with many problems, and we have yet to find a solution. One of the problems is that nations and peoples with weak governance are recognized as nations. It might be a good idea to create an international organization that provides administrative and political support according to the maturity of nations and peoples.
