日帰りでシアトル

先日、車を借りてシアトルまで遊びに行ってきました

レンタカーが2ランクアップグレード→になってこんな車が来てしまいました


A few days ago, I rented a car to go to Seattle.
My car rental was upragaded by 2 levels and this was the car I got! 

カナダとアメリカの国境も早朝だったのですいていて

スムーズに通過できました

約２時間半のドライブで霧がでたり、曇ったり雨が降ったり

天気がコロコロ変わりましたが、シアトルに着いたらとてもいいお天気で

とても気持ち良かったです

シアトルの海沿いのパイクプレイスマーケットに行きました

一見、ごちゃごちゃしてそうな本屋さんですが

よく見ると綺麗に計算してつまれていてお店の人の本を愛する気持ちが伺えます

The border wasn't too busy because we went early in the morning. 
We managed to get through smoothly.
The ride was 2 hours and 30min long. 
The whether changed from fog, cloudy to rain. 
By the time we got there it became Sunny.
We went to the Pike place market. 
It looks like a very messy book store at first 
but once you step inside you can feel the love towards books.

有名なガムウォールにも行きました

あたり一面とても甘い香りが漂っていました

We also went to the famous gum wall.
The wall had a very sweet aroma 

バンクーバーと違う雰囲気が感じられて、とてもリフレッシュできました

We got to feel alittle different atmosphere from Vancouver.

GO&MAKO byebye party

今月で退社したGOとMAKOの送別会を先日しました。

1次会は韓国焼肉。

皆ガツガツ食べてすっかり写真を撮り忘れて

下の数枚しか撮れませんでした。

2次会は場所を移してカラオケ。

YUKIとRIE のコンビがとても面白くてかなり盛り上げてくれました。

皆選ぶ曲は最新のものではなく

懐かしい曲ばかり。

ずっとこんな時間が続くといいなと思っても

楽しい時間はあっという間で

気づけばナイトバスしかない時間になっていました。

二人とも長～く働いていたので皆寂しくもあり応援したい気持ちもあり

とても盛り上がった良いパーティーになりました。

来月からもGOとMAKOにはそれぞれの日本の新しい場所で

成功してほしいと思います。

全く二人と同じ仕事はできませんが、

残ったメトロ店メンバーはもっと良い仕事ができるように

協力して頑張っていくので

これからもよろしくお願いします

We recently held a farewell party for GO and MAKO.
Our first stop was Korean BBQ!
We frantically ate meat one after another.
We were too busy eating we forgot to take some pictures of the food.
Below are the only pictures from the store.
Our next stop was KARAOKE.
Rie and yuki Combo were hilarious.
They helped hype up the fun. 
Everyone chose songs from awhile back.
It was so nostalgic and fun.
I wanted a night like this to go on forever
but the next thing we knew it was so late that there were only night buses. 
Both of them have been working for a very long time so everyone was very sad. 
It turned out to be a very good last day.

先月、二週間ほどお休みを頂き

日本に行ってきました

やーーーーーーっぱり

　良い国　

そして両親の愛友達の愛を

いっぱいもらってきました

I recently took 2 weeks off to go to Japan. 
Japan is one good country.
I felt all the love from my family and friends. 

 

 

 

離れてみてから分かることが多いです

昔はありがとうと親に言うのも

恥ずかしかったけど、いまでは言わない方が

気持ち悪いくらいになりました

でもーーーハグはまだできませんね

カナダも大好きなので帰ってきた今

また、カナダを楽しみまーーーす

日本に帰るのにあたって、

協力してくれたみさこさん、スタッフのみんなにも感謝します

ありがとうございます

 
There are alot of things I only realized after being away.
In the past I was to embarassed to even say thank you to my parents.
Now I would feek weird not to say it,
but I'm still embarassed to give them hugs.
I love Canada too, so i felt very happy being back.
I plan to enjoy vancouver to the fullest.
I want to thank Misako-san and all the staff for helping me take this time off.

清水エスパルスから移籍してきた小林大悟選手。

日本人選手が海外で頑張っているのを見ると嬉しいし誇らしく思います。

たくさん活躍してVANCOUVERを盛り上げてほしいですね。

先日ZEN宅にてたこ焼きパーティーをしました。

男性陣がメインで焼いて女性陣が盛り付けて

出来上がり！

今回MAKOの良いカメラのおかげで

美味しそうに撮れました。

The men's team grilled the takoyaki,
while the ladys team prepared with the toppings.
Its done!
Thanks to Mako's good camera,
we managed to take some nice photos.
