サマータイムになり、日が長くなって外に出たい季節になってきましたね

今年ももうすぐやって来ます

SUN RUN （APRIL19TH）

今年で31年目になるRunningイベントです

昨年は4万5千人以上が参加し、北米でも最大級です

ダウンタウンを駆け抜ける10ｋｍのコースで

参加者は思い思いのペースで走ります

タイムを狙う人子供と一緒に走る人友達と楽しく歩く人

もちろん私は昨年の自己ベスト更新を目標に走ります

The weather has gotten so much better and its making us go outside more. 
Its almost time for this years Vancouver SUN RUN (april 19th)
It makes it the 31st year this event has taken place.
Last year there were 45,000 contestants that registerd.
One of the biggest half marathons in north america.
A 10 km course that winds through Vancouver Downtown.
Contestants can run at their own pace.
Peopl running for the best record, kids walking with their famillys, friends walking for fun,
there are all kinds of runners for this event.
I will be running to beat my previous years record!

Tomoya最終日in the Richmond branch

先日リッチモンド店で最後の仕事だった熱い男Tomoyaのお疲れ様会をお店近くのレストランでしました。

Recently, We held a moving away party for Tomoya  at the Italian restaurant ,Moma, because he will be transfering

from the Richmond branch to the Metrotown Branch.It was the last day for him in the Richmond Branch.

と、言っても三月末からもメトロタウン店で働くのですが

一応お疲れ様ってことでMomaというチャイニーズオーナーのイタリアン系のおしゃれなレストランへ。

中国料理の香辛料が少し苦手な繊細なTomoyaですが、イタリアン系なら問題ないでしょうというスタッフの

意見で連れ出しました。

その前に．．．お客様から頂いたマグロ！日本酒！！Tomoya！！！

Some of our customors gave him gifts: big tuna and Japanese sake.

He looks so happy in this photo.

これほどマグロの似合う男を私は見たことありません。

そしてRichmondメンバーTomoya！

マグロの荒々しさから一転ダブルのVサイン、このおちゃめさで全国の女子たちの心を鷲掴みにしているのでしょうね。

さて、レストランではまずは乾杯のBeer。

からの美味しい料理の数々。

First off we cheers with beer!
The food came in right after another! 

それぞれの料理の名前は…すみません、忘れてしまいました(^^;)

ビールも進みエンジンかかってきたTomoya、別れのさみしさからか喋る度にカミカミでした。

「カラオケ」が「カラアゲ」、「Shingoサン」が「Shingoしゃん」、、、

そして最後は、「主役にぜひいっぱい食べてほしい」とたくさんTomoyaに分けとったお肉から

苦手な香辛料のにおいがプンプンし、それを横目に香辛料の入ってないパスタを他メンバーがガツガツ食べるというオチ。

笑いの絶えないお疲れ様会でした。

 Tomoya, after the few beers in began slurring his words. 
Karaoke became Karaage. Shingo-san became shingo-shyan... 
The main dishes we orderd for him apparently had too much spices,
so he had the ordinary pasta while we ate the main meat dishes...  

We  wanted to continue this party all night.

He will start work in the Metrotown Branch from March 24th.

The sweet and spicy sauce was just soo delicious

After we went to Trees organic for a tea

今回はブルーベーリーチーズケーキを堪能

We ordered the blue berry cheese cake!

濃厚なチーズケーキが最高に美味しかったです

今日も美味しいものいーぱい

次はどこへ行こうかな

The cheese cake was too good. 
We ate alot of good food today.
Where should we go next!!

MONSTER JAM! 

モンスタートラックとは

乗用車やピックアップトラックを模したボディをハイリフト化（嵩上げ）し、直径66インチもの大人の背丈並に大きいタイヤを装着しているまさに

「モンスター」なトラック。

Monster trucks are pick up trucks with very high hydrolycs. Attached are over 66 inch in diameter tires. 
they really are Monster trucks!
