いろんな意見が飛び交いますが

お話が大好きな子たちばかりで、明るいです。

お客様の面白い話を聞いたときです。
私のアイディアでスタイルチェンジをして、
すごく喜んでくれたときです。
最近ハマっていることは何ですか
新しいカメラを買ったので、雪の日以外はどこでも自転車で行って
写真を撮ることにハマっています。
長くVancouverに住んでいても
まだまだ新しい発見が一杯で楽しいです。

Everyone loves her because of how she is.

What do you focus and care for the most as the manager?
I always would like to see the customers
and the staff happily getting along with lots of laughter.
I believe; if the staff is happy, the customers are happy.

What do you find to be a lot of work as the manager?
Each member of the staff are all very unique in their own ways,
witch means they all have very unique ideas and beliefs but it is quite fun in some ways.

Many staff has unique specialties or hobbies outside of the work place.

When do you find fun during work?
- When listening to an interesting or funny story from a customer.
- When I see my customer in joy after I change their style according to my ideas.

What are you into lately?
I bought a camera so when ever it is a nice day
I love to bike around and take pictures.
Although I have been living in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Vancouver</st1:City></st1:place> for a long time now,
there is always new and exciting things.
