Hows was your long weekend everyone.
Recently, us staff were invited yet again to Misako's house
for a Matsutake party.
Yes, you heard it right. Canada has matsutake mushrooms aswell.
They wont lose in aroma or flavor to the Japanese sibling.

There was lots of Sake aswell. Misako even prepared her home made plum wine.
