夏といえばBBQ
もう今年の夏もそろそろ終盤ですね
短い夏だったー
と、いう事でお友達の家でBeachメンバー率いて

Summer is the time for BBQ
Summer seems like its coming to an end this year.
It was a very short summer...
BBQパーティーをしてきました
ここバンクーバーの人たちはみんなBBQ大好きで1家に1台といっていい程
みんなBBQセットを持ってます
前菜はセルビアのお友達の手作りのスピナコピタ(ほうれん草、何種類かのチーズをパイで包んで焼いたもの）
We held a BBQ party!!
The people of Vancouver love BBQs. there is almost a BBQ set in every house hold!!
Below is a dish my friend from Serbia made, the Spinacopita (spinach and cheese rapped in pie and cooked)
美味
ポテトのホイル包み、アスパラガス、ズッキーニ、なす、、、
野菜もBBQすれば美味しくいっぱーい食べれます
今回のメインはサーモン
スパイスの効いたペーストをのっけたもの
シンプルに塩、こしょうで味付けしたものどちらもすごく美味しかったです
potato foil rap, asparagus, zucchini, eggplant...
vegetables are always delicious when BBQed.
Our main for today was Salmon smeared with paste.
We cooked the other batch with salt and pepper to keep it simple.
Both were delicious!

最後はまたまたお友達の手作り バクラバ というスイーツ
色んな種類のナッツと卵とパイシートを重ねて焼いて
仕上げにレモン風味のシロップでひたひたに浸してから冷やした
ケーキみたいなもの
For dessert, my friend made another dish called Baculaba.
some veggies and nuts and egg backed on a pie sheet.
topped with lemon like syrup then cooled.
後味のナッツとパイの香ばしい香りすごく病みつきになります

その後も Beer片手にひたすらワイワイ
本当に素敵なひとときでした
