遅い夏休みのおかげで
いろいろな体験ができる。

どこまでも許される約束不履行
便利なお国です。
だんだん好きになってきます。

来てくれるも意味なしで終わるが
いろいろ有益な会合となる。
無駄の効用とは言わないが
予期せぬことに遭遇できるものです。
愉しき２時間半でした。
途中いろいろな電話にも対応してもらいました。
大助かりでした。

師匠の隣の空き地は
近所で花屋を営む
孫がまだ小学生の
ファミリーが
５ｍ ｘ ２５ｍ の敷地に
２F建ての家を建てているところ。
この小父さんも娘夫婦も
小生に挨拶くれる親日家です。
結構な速度で土台が完成
師匠の話では土台が水が入らないように
師匠の家より数十センチは高いとの由。
女性の人夫さんが多いのが新鮮
さすが女性です。
日焼け防止で顔など見えないくらいの
紫外線防止外観です。
また周辺の空き地には無数のレンガが到着
これからレンガ積が始まるのでしょうか？
時折紹介しますね。
昨日撮った写真は動画のものも入っていた。

声の報告ができるが
誰か教えてくんないかなあ なんて甘い思いをしています。

雨なくも蒸し暑いサイゴンの朝です。
首から下のシャワーをして
師匠とPHOの店へ 途中焼き立てのパンを
購入もって行く。
腰のあるPhoうどんもいいが
ベトナム人大好きのソーメンのように柔らかい
Phoもおいしいです。
食後は軒下喫茶マドンナの店
いつものメンバーさんたちが井戸端会議ならぬ
軒下喫茶会議中
マドンナは笑窪の作製オペをしたくらいだから
小生のサングラスを見て
仕草からまぶたの整形を想定したらしい。
師匠と小生ではレーシックを説明できるベトナム語
能力なし。
それよりもセクシーでドレッシーな
まるでキャバクラの女性のような素敵な衣装に
ボディに賞賛の声をあげる。
笑顔で正直の喜ぶ彼女が可愛い。
蒸し暑さのせいかモスキートがブンブン
早めに切り上げブランケット干しと
FVHからもらった説明書を読む。
もうはっきりと裸眼で読める
とても幸せを感じる。

このセンターは名前はセンターなれど
眼科の一室がその名前。
我が学生さん 日本語もいいが時にはこれくらいの英語は
理解したほうがいい。
それでは説明書の通り書いていきます。
Post-Operative Drop Regimen
It is important to the success of your procedure to use your eye drops as indicated.
Vigamox
This is an antibiotic drop used to prevent infection after surgery.
Use one drop in the operative eyes four times a day for one-week. We recommend scheduling your drops with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime.
Pred Forte
This is a stroid solution used to decrease inflammation and regulate healing.
Use one drop in the operative eyes four times a day for one week following surgery.
Remember to shake the bottle gently before each use.
Refresh Plus Preservative Free Lubricating Drops
It is important to keep the eyes well lubricated following LASIK surgery since this will aid in the healing process. Use one to two drops in the operative eyes every hour for the first week after LASIK, then five to six times a day or more afterward. You may continue to use preservative free tears for up to six months after your procedure.
If one eye drop schedule happens to coinside with another, wait five minutes between the use of each drop.
The drops may sting a little, but it is imperative that you continue your drops as directed.
Be sure to thoroughly cleanse your hands before instilling eye drops. In order to prevent contamination, it is important to avoid contact between the tip of the bottle and you eyes, eyelashes, or fingers. Always replase the caps carefully. Do not rub your eye!

Post-operative Care Instructions
Immediately After Surgery
Go home and rest. DO NOT drive. Should you have any discomfort following your procedure, you may take two Paracetamol every 4-6 hours as needed for relief. Keep your eyes closed as much as possible to avoid strain. Be sure to wear your shields each time you sleep or nap.
Don't worry if your eyes are watering, as this is a natural response and the tears will aid in the healing of your eyes.
A contact lens may be placed in your eye immediately following your procedure. Do not remove the contact lens. If the contact falls out, do not attempt to place it back on your eye. If the eye is extremely painful after the lens comes out, please contact our office immediately at (08) 5411 3333.
General Cleanliness
Do not get anything in your eyes for two weeks following your surgery. Avoid eye makeup for two full weeks. We recommend purchasing new mascara and eyeliner to prevent infection following LASIK. You may use soap and water on your face, but avoid getting them in your eyes. When you shower and shampoo your hair, make sure that you have a dry towel handy so that no water gets in the eyes. Do NOT rub your eyes.
First Day After LASIK
You are scheduled to return to FV Laser Eye Centre tommorow at am/pm.
Your eyes may be somewhat sore and your vision may be blurry, but these symptoms will improve with time. You may also have some redness, but it will subside within a few days.
The Following Days
You may expect your vision to fluctuate during the first week or two after LASIK. You may experience slight worsening of your visoion in dim lights or in the evening. You may experience an increased sensitivity to light. These symptoms and any discomfort you may have will grow less each day.
Physical Activities
We recomment that you wear protective eyewear while playing contact or racquet sports or when involved in any activities where there is a potential danger of getting dust, chips, fumes, etc. in the eyes. Avoid swimming, hot tubs, sauna, or any contact with possibly contaminated water for one month after your procedure. You may resume jogging, weight lifting, or aerobics two weeks after surgery.
