山下達郎の唄「forever mine」の英語転換です。requestによるもの。ただしまだ実際には歌って試していないので、結果、若干の修正が必要になるかも知れません。

さよなら３

日韓合作ドラマ冬ソナのチェ・ジュと竹野内豊の共演ＴＶドラマ「輪舞曲」の挿入歌。番組はTBSテレビで放映されていて、今度の日曜が最終回だそうです。この唄は、毎回最後のシーンで流される。韓国の歌手イ・スンチュルが歌う。 request による英語転換でしたが、実はこれは難しかった。この歌詞は意味の把握が実は難しい。要所要所で意味がつかみにくい。意味がつかめない以上英語への転換は不可です。私なりに解釈せざるを得なかった。で、唄ってみたが、９５％はＯＫです。５％は時間調整野問題が若干ある。英語は長く見えても発音すると短い場合もあるわけです。とにかく一度試してください。

発声に関して

よく最後の子音は次に来る母音と連結して、いわゆるリエゾンする。あるいは、次の言葉との関係で発音しているという時間だけ、間はあるが、音は聞こえない。そのように本では解説されます。それは事実である。けれども　ここに落とし穴があるのではないか。リエゾンはおいとくとして、この場合、間だけがあって音が聞こえないことについて。じつは音は聞こえる場合が多い。かつ、SPEAKERの体は聞こえないくらいの音であってもその発声において、やわではない。つまり聞こえる音の発声と同じくらいの緊張度を持って発声している。日本人の多くは、私も含めですが、聞こえないくらいの音を、いい加減に、体の緊張度を緩めて発声しているのではあるまいか。
私が最近発見した、私のための解決方は以下のとおりです。
たとえば、DECIDEDとDECIDEの過去分詞を文の途中で発声するとき、DECIDEまで発声したとき私の頭の中、イメージの中で「,」を持つ。つまり、その先を急がずに、「D」を発声するのです。音楽の五線譜で次に進まないで、矢印の示すがごとく五線譜の下のほうの音符の音程で次のDを発声する。さきの音符にすすまず。逆に過去にさかのぼるがごとく音程を下げてDを発声する。この間、一秒の何十分の一の時間かも知れないが、その間の私の意識の持ち方で、よくなったと、自分では実感しています。調子が悪くなると「,」をイメージするのです。しゃべりを前にあえて進めないとする意識なのだが、不思議なことに、そうした場合の方がしゃべりのスピードは上がっている。

「15年ぶり」とか、「2.8％下落」とか、よく出る表現が出てきました。これにはほぼ決まりの表現パタンがあります。ここでの戸惑いは「公示地価」をどう表現するかでしょうか。
地価は「land price,or price of land」でいいとして、公示をどう表現するか？
常識的には、announce という動詞があるのでofficially announced とか、the government-anouncedとか　the state-announced とかがあるのでは？あるいはpost
という動詞を使って、posted price(s) of land　とかが考えられる。

見出しにはないが、これは国土交通省が発表したもの。

According to a today's newspaper report, concerning the officially announced land prices,in three major metropolitan regions of the country,land prices in the commercial areas has increased.In Tokyo metropolitan region,the land prices ,including residential area's one,have gotten the plus on average for the first time in 15 years.On average through the country, the land prices have decreased by 2.8%.
