温暖化の悪循環　その５（旱魃による耕作放棄）

　旱魃が酷くなり生活出来なくなると、農地を捨てて移民や難民となる人達が生まれる。耕作地は植物による温暖化ガスの吸収源でもあり、旱魃でその能力が削がれる事になる。温暖化が進行すれば、旱魃が増えて耕作地が放棄されて、温暖化が進行する。

　When droughts become so severe that people can no longer live there, people abandon their farmland and become immigrants or refugees. Cultivated land is also a source of greenhouse gas absorption through plants, and droughts reduce this ability. If global warming progresses, droughts will increase, and cultivated land will be abandoned, which will lead to further global warming.
