自然災害の復旧が追いつかない時代へ

　スーパー台風１１号は日本に来なかったが、凄まじい猛威を振るったようだ。こんな台風が日本に来る事を創造するとゾッとする。観測史上初めての災害があちこちで発生しているが、最近の台風災害では同じ場所に繰り返し大雨を降らせるケースが増えているように感じる。
　暑さにしても異常な猛暑が何日も続いているし、温暖化は人類増殖を止めるレベルに来ているようだ。

　国家や人類の自然災害に対する復旧力にも限界があり、復旧する前に新たな自然災害が発生するステージに入ってしまっているようだ。

　温暖化により海水温度が上昇すると、海洋による二酸化炭素の吸収力が衰える。そうすると、大気中の二酸化炭素の濃度が上昇し、温暖化に拍車がかかる。
　温暖化を止めるためには、こうした悪循環の増分も考慮しなければならくなる。

倫理資本主義　≒　三方良し

　倫理資本主義は、ドイツの哲学者、マルクス・ガブリエル氏により提唱された、新しい資本主義のかたちである。効率性を重視するアメリカ型の資本主義ではなく、経済活動のなかに精神性や倫理性、持続可能性の比重を高めていこうという考え方である。
　欧米からこの考え方が出てくる事は新しいが、日本では近江商人の三方良しの経済思想が既にある。日本の三方良しでは、売り手、買い手、世間の三者が満足する事が大切だと教えている。この経済思想は、江戸時代に唱えられ今でも普及の努力がなされている。

　日本は長寿企業が世界で最も多い事と合わせて考えると、海外で良い思想を探すよりも、日本国内で探す方が良いかも知れない。

　Ethical capitalism is a new form of capitalism proposed by German philosopher Markus Gabriel. It is a concept that aims to increase the importance of spirituality, ethics, and sustainability in economic activities, rather than the American-style capitalism that emphasizes efficiency.
　It is new for this idea to come out of the West, but in Japan, the economic idea of ​​Sanpo-yoshi (win-win-win) of the Omi merchants already exists. The Japanese Sanpo-yoshi teaches that it is important for the seller, the buyer, and society to be satisfied. This economic idea was advocated in the Edo period and efforts are still being made to spread it today.

　Considering that Japan has the highest number of long-lived companies in the world, it may be better to look for good ideas within Japan rather than looking overseas.

　日本の食糧自給率は、約40%だと言われている。足りない分は輸入に頼っている訳だが、輸入できない事態を政府は考えているだろうか？
　日本の経済力が旺盛であった時代は、お金に任せて輸入出来たが、日本の稼ぐ力が衰えた最近では、買い負ける事が多くなってきたようだ。

　それよりも心配なのは、海上封鎖と温暖化による大規模な不作である。どこかの海域で船の交通が長期になって遮断される懸念があるし、温暖化による異常気象で穀物の需給が逼迫し、農業国が自国の需要を優先し供給力が世界的に縮小する懸念がある。
　第二次世界大戦の時のように、公園や校庭を耕す時代がくるかも知れない。

There are concerns that shipping traffic in some sea areas will be cut off for long periods of time, and that abnormal weather caused by global warming will lead to tight grain supply and demand, causing agricultural countries to prioritize their own domestic demand and shrinking global supply.
We may see a time when parks and schoolyards will have to be plowed, as was the case during World War II.

温暖化問題の最終章

　人によっては、温暖化問題の対処が既に手遅れだという人がいる一方で、今からでも遅くはないという人もいる。一般的には、異常気象が旱魃や洪水の多発で損害保険も上昇の一途を辿り、被害にあっている人達が出て、恐怖の念を持っている人が多々いるという所だろう。

　温暖化は一向に止まる気配はなく、経済優先で事態は推移している。温暖化を止めようという強い意志がないまま、耕作放棄による難民が多発して、民族大移動の時代がやってくる。異常気象は食料不足につながり、食料の争奪戦の時代がやってくる。
　戦乱の時代が長く続き、人類は衰亡していくだろう。しかる後に、温室効果ガスは数百年をかけて減ってゆく。地球上の人口が減った結果です。
　人類がこの様な地獄を経験しないように祈っている。
