According to the data on the land prices nationwide released on Tuesday by the land ministry, the land prices at decided points across the country in all the three types of areas that is residential, commercial and industrial ones, as of July 1, 2004, was up 1.4% from the previous year on average. This is the third consecutive year of increase with its margin 0.4 % larger than last year.
