郵政改革 特定局 ４割が売却拒否 公社、賃料下げ要請へ 合理化に遅れも

Review of the current tokutei-yubin-kyoku system is a core part of postal services rationalization.If it does not proceed well, the total streamlining may fall behind the schedule.
