中国の方針転換

　中国の外交方針が変わったようだ。原因は国内経済が殊の外悪化し、強気に出られなくなったらしい。
　元を辿れば、かのゼロコロナ政策である。コロナを力づくで押さえ込もうとするあまり、中国人民の反発を喰らい、反体制運動に発展した。

　更に、不動産バブルが弾け、経済が可笑しくなってしまった所に、資本の中国離れで止めを刺された格好である。中国指導部は、共同富裕の御旗を掲げて歩みだそうとしたが、公平に分かつべき富が減ってしまったようである。

　中国は急いで国際社会との融和路線に切り替えようとしているが、約束を守らない国の行く末は決まっている。

China's policy change
　It appears that China's foreign policy has changed. The cause seems to be that the domestic economy has deteriorated to an exceptional degree, making it difficult to take a bullish stance.
　If we trace its origin, it is the zero-corona policy. In their efforts to suppress the coronavirus by force, they faced backlash from the Chinese people and developed into an anti-establishment movement.

　What's more, just when the real estate bubble burst and the economy turned into a mess, it seems to have been injured by the departure of capital from China. The Chinese leadership has tried to move forward under the banner of shared wealth, but it appears that the wealth that should be equitably shared has diminished.

　China is trying to quickly switch to a path of reconciliation with the international community, but the fate of countries that do not keep their promises is certain.

悪化スパイラル　VS　善化スパイラル

　悪化スパイラルは、悪い事が連鎖反応して人類を地獄的世相に導く循環を言う。善化スパイラルはその逆である。悪化スパイラルの一例として、温暖化問題における空調の利用がある。
　世界の気温が上がると、空調の利用が多くなるが、これはエネルギー消費が多くなる事を意味し、温暖化効果ガスを多く排出する。気温は更に上がり、空調の利用が更に多くなるという例である。

　悪化スパイラルと善化スパイラルは、どのような領域においても観察できる事だが、問題はこの２つのスパイラルのどちらが優勢であるかという事である。
　悪化スパイラルを抑制して、善化スパイラルを助長すれば、世界を地獄から救えるのは当然であるが、国内的にも国際的にもこれらを統合して管理する能力を人類は未だ持ってはいない。

　A worsening spiral is a cycle in which bad things cause a chain reaction and lead humanity to a hellish social situation. A improvement spiral is the opposite. An example of a worsening spiral is the use of air conditioning in response to global warming.
As global temperatures rise, air conditioning will be used more, which means more energy consumption and more greenhouse gas emissions. This is an example of the fact that temperatures will continue to rise and air conditioning will be used more frequently.

　A worsening spiral and a spiral of improvement can be observed in any field, but the question is which of these two spirals is dominant.
　It is natural that the world can be saved from hell by suppressing the worsening spiral and promoting the improvement spiral, but humanity still does not have the ability to integrate and manage these things both domestically and internationally.

考察：　上善水の如し

　これは老子の言葉である。最高の善は水のようなものであると言っている。他と争わず器に従って形を変え自らは低い位置に置くことを至上の善であると言うのである。
　この姿勢は受身的であると同時に環境適応的であり、極端な解釈をすれば、強い自己主張を戒めるような考え方であろう。

　しかしながら、この姿勢を採る限りは他との軋轢は起きる筈がない。この姿勢は聖徳太子が１７条の憲法で唱えた「和を尊ぶ」姿勢に繋がるし、墨子の非戦にも繋がるであろう。また、拘りを捨てる事を求められるこの姿勢は、忘れる事も求められる。
　この言葉を生み出した国は、今、歴史教育だとして憎悪を次代の人間に刷り込んでいる。
　西洋ではやられたらやり返す正当防衛は、老子にあっては「さらり」と受け流す事が良いとされる。

　しかしながら、血の気の多い西洋人にとっては、この生き方は弱者にしか見えないだろう。

　These are the words of Lao Tzu. He said that the highest good is like water. He says that it is the supreme good to change form according to the vessel and place oneself in a lower position without competing with others.
　This attitude is both passive and adaptive to the environment, and if taken to an extreme, it would be a way of thinking that warns against strong self-assertion.

　However, as long as we adopt this attitude, there will be no conflict with others. This attitude would lead to the attitude of ``respecting harmony' advocated by Prince Shotoku in Article 17 of the constitution, and would also lead to Mozi's non-war stance. This attitude, which requires you to let go of your attachments, also requires you to forget.
　The country that created this word is now imprinting hatred on the next generation of people as part of historical education.
In the West, when they are attacked, they fight back in self-defense, but according to Laozi, it is better to simply ignore it.

　However, to hot-blooded Westerners, this way of life may only be seen as weak.
