DX直接民主制　（代議員制民主主義の問題点）

　代議員制民主主義は時代の要請に応えられなくなっている。その理由は次の通りであろう。
　（１）問題が多様化及び高度化して解決が遅れている。（＝即応性の低下）
　（２）政権が安定せず、長期的課題に対応出来ない。
　（３）政治が非効率的で政治課題解決のコストが上昇している。
　（４）民主主義が資本主義に利用されて金権政治に利用されるか、短期的視野の衆愚政治に陥る傾向がある。

DX Direct Democracy (Problems with Representative Democracy)
　Representative democracy is no longer able to meet the needs of the times. The reasons for this are as follows:
(1) Problems have become more diverse and sophisticated, slowing down solutions (=decreased responsiveness).
(2) Governments are unstable and unable to deal with long-term issues.
(3) Politics is inefficient, and the costs of solving political issues are rising.
(4) Democracy has a tendency to be exploited by capitalism for money politics, or to fall into mobocracy with a short-term perspective.
