政治家の霊位

　霊位という言葉を初めて聞く人もいるに違いない。そもそも霊という言葉自体が何を指しているのかよく分からないという人も多いだろう。ここでは、霊魂、魂、心とほぼ同義であると解釈して頂きたい。その霊魂の位の問題である。人は法の下では平等でも、霊の世界では霊位によって位置づけられており、決して平等ではない。
　霊魂も幽霊も存在しないと考えている人もいると思うが、そういう人は心や品格の問題に置き換えて考えても良い。

　政治家にも様々な人がいるが、平均的な政治家と平均的な芸術家を比較すると霊位が高いのはどちらだろうかとい問題である。同じように、平均的な学者平均的な商人では、どちらが上だろうかという比較も考えられる。平均といっても、どのように計測するかが問題だし、どのように計測できるかということもある。

　そのような問題はあるが、漠然とでも考えることには意義があると思う。
　私は若い頃、政治家特に国の首長は、権力の頂点に立っており多くの支持を得ているので、霊位は最も高いのではないかと考えていた。
　しかしながら、お金や権力には悪が集まるものだと考える様になって、考えを変えた。お金や権力から遠い所では、多くの場合、笑いが多く、怒ることも少ないではないか。
　そのように考えると、芸術家が最も霊位が高そうである。そして場合によっては、取るに足らない浮浪者よりも霊位が低い政治家がいても不思議は無いだろう。
　死後２００年近く経過した現代においても、全人類に感動や勇気を与えているベートーヴェンはいるが、彼と比較出来る政治家は皆無である。憎悪と共に記憶されている政治家は多数いるが。

Spiritual rank of politicians
　It must be the first time for some people to hear the word spiritual rank. In the first place, many people do not really understand what the word spirit itself refers to. Here, please interpret that spirit, soul, and mind are almost synonymous. It is a matter of the rank of the spirit. Even if people are equal under the law, in the spirit world they are positioned according to their spiritual ranks and are never equal.
　I think some people think that spirits and ghosts don't exist, but those people can think about it in matters of heart and dignity.

　There are various types of politicians, but the question is which one has a higher spiritual rank when comparing the average politician and the average artist. In the same way, a comparison can be made between the average scholar and the average merchant. Even if you say average, the problem is how to measure it, and how it can be measured.

　There is such a problem, but I think it is meaningful to think about it vaguely.
　When I was young, I thought that politicians, especially heads of state, had the highest spiritual rank because they were at the pinnacle of power and had a lot of support.
　However, I changed my mind when I came to think that money and power are things that attract evil. In places far from money and power, there is often more laughter and less anger.
　If you think about it that way, artists seem to have the highest spiritual rank. And in some cases, it's no wonder that some politicians are of lesser spiritual rank than the insignificant vagrant.
　Even now, nearly 200 years after his death, Beethoven still gives deep emotion and courage to all mankind, but there are no politicians who can compare with him. Although there are many politicians who are remembered with hatred.

中国共産党の失敗

中国で、ある銀行の預金を引き出すことが出来なくなっている。
これから記述することは、多分に私の想像が入っているので、その積もりで読んで頂きたい。
　中国では随分前から、不動産バブルの状態だと言われてきた。このバブルの程度が問題なのだが、私は、このバブルは中国共産党が引き起こしたものだと考えている。
　これまで、中国では人口１４億人に対して３４億人分の都市開発を行ってきたという。これは誰が考えても異常である。この異常さに気付いた人は沢山いた筈である。そして問題は是正行動が国家として取ることが出来なかった点にある。普通に考えて、住居は既に持っている人が１４億人中、７割いるとすれば、３割４億２千万人で十分な筈である。７割という仮定を多少変化させても、３４億人分には程遠いだろう。この現実離れをした異常さを止められなかった訳であるから、共産党政権の腐敗によるものと考えて良いだろう。

　中国では土地は国家が所有し、不動産開発の場合には、借地権を地元政府がデバロッパーに貸し出すのだという。借地権の販売は、地元政府の収入になるので、後先を考えずに販売し、これには銀行も加担している筈である。役人達も賄賂で潤っていた筈だ。地元政府がバックにいるので、銀行も油断して一緒にバブルに飲み込まれてしまったというのが、上記の取り付け騒ぎの真相だろう。

　習近平さんは、汚職の撲滅を理由にして権力基盤を作ってきたが、問題はもっと根が深かったのである。このバブルは汚職を摘発するという表面的な対処では不十分で、バブルを早期に潰してしまうべきであった。汚職云々という瑣末の問題ではなく、自分達共産党への信頼が、バブルを引き起こしているということに気付くべきであった。にも拘らず、景気刺激策として更に不動産開発を利用したのは、全くの愚策としか言いようがない。

Chinese Communist Party failure
　In China recently, it is not possible to withdraw deposits from certain banks.
What I'm going to write, maybe is my imagination, so please read it with having that in your mind.
　It has long been said that China is in a real estate bubble. The extent of this bubble is a problem, and I think it was caused by the Chinese Communist Party.
　So far, It is said that China has been developing cities for 3.4 billion people for a population of 1.4 billion. This is abnormal even if everyone think. There must have been many people who noticed this anomaly. And the problem is that corrective action could not be taken as a nation. When you think normally, if 70% of the 1.4 billion people already have housing, new houses for 30% 420 million people should be sufficient. Even if the assumption of 70% is changed a little, it will be far from 3.4 billion people. Because this unrealistic anomaly could not be stopped, it can be considered that it was due to the corruption of the Communist Party administration.

　In China, land is owned by the state, and in the case of real estate development, the local government leases the land to developers. Since the sale of the leasehold right becomes income for the local government, it is sold without considering the future, and the bank also should be complicit in this. Officials must have been rich with bribes. It maybe seems the truth that because the local governments are behind it, the banks relaxed their guards and were swallowed up by the bubble.

　Mr. Xi Jinping has built his power base on the grounds of fighting corruption, but the problem is much deeper. The superficial response of exposing corruption was not enough, and furthermore this bubble should have been crushed early. Although they focused trivial problems like corruption, they early had to notice that the bubble was caused by trust in the Chinese Communist Party. Nonetheless, using more real estate development as an economic stimulus is nothing but a stupid plan.

生き残るためのガバナンス （Governance to survive）

この問題の解決は、国という部分最適しか考えられない集団に出来る訳がなく、地球規模の統治能力を人類が獲得するしか道はない。

この統治能力は、高い独立性と強制力、そして財政的基盤等を必要とする筈であり、半地球国家とも呼べるものである筈だ。

半地球国家と表現したのは、各国・各民族等の主権や人権は尊重されるべきであり、これまでの政治のあり方を阻害するものであってはならないが、かといって温暖化を抑えるためにはある程度の強制力を持つ必要があるからである。

The solution to this problem cannot be achieved by organizations that can only be considered partial optimization by a country, and the only way is taht humankind acquire global governance capabilities.

This governance ability should require a high degree of independence, coercion, and financial base, and should be called a semi-earth nation.

The reason that I express "semi-earth nation" is that we should respect the sovereignty and human rights of each country and ethnic group, and should not hinder the way of politics so far, but for the purpose that suppresses global warming, it must have a certain degree of coercive force.

生き残るためのガバナンス （Governance to survive）

温暖化問題の中で最大の問題は、問題解決に向けた強力な意志を人類が持てていないことである。

世界の各人、各企業、各国の自由意志に任せ、その意志を尊重して調整しながら温暖化問題に対処していくというあり方は、結果的には気候災害や旱魃、戦争等の大惨事を招くであろう。

 

The biggest problem of global warming is that human beings do not have a strong will to solve the problem.

The way of dealing with global warming problems by leaving it to the free will of each person, company, and country in the world and respecting and adjusting that will will result in major climate disasters, droughts, wars, etc.

石原慎太郎氏は何故憲法改正を訴えたのか？

石原慎太郎氏が亡くなった。そのテレビ報道の中で、かつての日本の国会で、日本の政治家は去勢された宦官のようだと発言したことを知った。宦官とは、媚びへつらう自尊心の無い人と想定しての発言だと思うが、その上で何故彼が、何に対して感情を爆発させたのか？彼が憤っているのは、現在の日本の自主性の無さについてであると私は思う。
アメリカに占領され、憲法を変えさせられ、共産主義の防波堤とするために、自衛隊を持たされ、絶えずアメリカを気にし続ける国が今の日本である。アメリカは、大戦後の食料不足を助けてくれたし、マッカーサーの戦後統治は素晴らしかったと私は思っている。しかし、手厚い心の籠った助力・支援が自発性の芽を摘み取ったのかも知れない。石原氏が憲法改正を訴えたのは、自らの頭で考える日本人であれという事だったのだと思う。

I'm Japanese. I'm sorry for my bad English.

Shintaro Ishihara has passed away. In the television report, I learned that in a former Japanese parliament, he said that Japanese politicians are like castrated eunuch officials. I think that it is a statement assuming that the eunuch official is a person without self-esteem who is flattering, but on premise of that, why did he explode his emotions? I think he was indignant about the current lack of autonomy in Japan.
Japan is a country in nowadays that has been occupied, changed its constitution by the United States, forced to have a self-defense force to make it a communist breakwater, and worries constantly about the United States. The United States has helped with post-war food shortages in Japan, and I think MacArthur's post-war rule was great. However, it may be that the generous and heartfelt help and support pinched off the spontaneous buds.I think Mr. Ishihara appealed for constitutional amendment for insisting that Japanese should think for themselves.
