温暖化を防ぐために我慢すべき事

　温室効果ガスの濃度が、地球の許容量を既に超えてしまって、元の状態に戻す事はできないと言われている。COPもSDGｓも虚しいばかりである。
　政治や経済の世界では、環境に対する配慮は経済的に余力があって初めて対応が可能だ等と言われて来たが、その結果が環境容量超えとなってしまった事は、忘れてはならない事である。

　かくなる上は、経済も生活も或る程度犠牲にして温暖化を抑える覚悟をしなければなるまい。そこで、我慢できそうな対策を考えてみた。

（１）夜間照明や広告用照明の制限
（２）ゴミ処分の有償化
（３）移動や運送費用への課税強化
（４）計画停電の制度化
（５）非所有の推進（省資源化：自動車、アパレル等）

　国民も産業界も嫌がる事を政治家が怖れていては、地球の破綻が早くなるだけであろう。できる施策をやらないで、環境破壊が進んでも誰も責任を問われないという状態こそが、問題なのだろう。もっとも、今は危機の共有を急ぐべきなのかも知れない。

What to refrain to prevent global warming
　It is said that the concentration of greenhouse gases has already exceeded the earth's capacity and cannot be returned to its original state. I feels that Both the COP and the SDGs are empty.
　In the world of politics and economics, it has been said that consideration for the environment can only be dealt with if there is an economic surplus, but we must not forget that the result has exceeded the environmental capacity. It is a matter.

　Given this situation, we must be prepared to sacrifice our economy and livelihoods to some extent to curb global warming. So, I thought of a countermeasure that I could endure.

(1) Restrictions on night lighting and advertising lighting
(2) Charging for garbage disposal
(3) Strengthening taxation on movement and transportation costs
(4) Institutionalization of rolling blackouts
(5) Promotion of non-ownership (resource conservation: automobiles, apparel, etc.)

　If politicians are afraid of things that neither the people nor the industry will dislike, the collapse of the earth will only be accelerated. The problem is that no one is held accountable even if environmental destruction progresses without taking measures that can be done. However, perhaps we should hurry to share the crisis now.

人類生存に向けてのパラダイムシフト

　温暖化問題の専門家の間では、温暖化を収束させる事ができる或るレベルを超えてしまったとの事である。つまり、峠の坂を越えてしまって、元には戻れなくなったという事だ。地球の復元力の限界を超えてしまって、元に戻れなくなったという方が分りやすいかも知れない。
　これと同じような事は人体についても言える。恒常性と言われる事だが、病気でこの恒常性が崩れると、ホルモン等のバランスが崩れ病状が悪化する。

　地球の恒常性が崩壊する時期は、専門家の間では概ね分っていたと思うが、この事は非常に重大なことだと思う。というのは、人類の存亡がかかっているような重大事を政治家は関心を持たないし、マスコミも大々的に報じないからである。
　私には断崖絶壁が迫っているのにその事を知らずにカラオケで楽しんでいる様にしか思えない。

　このまま推移すると、大災害となって恐怖が顕在化して初めて、対策を考えるようなシナリオになるのは間違いないだろう。COPを２７年も続けて殆ど成果が出ていないのは致命的だと言える。

　人類がこのまま生き残る事ができるとすれば、地球の統治の有り方を根本的に見直す必要があるだろう。統治のパラダイムシフトが必要で、人類は大きな痛みを経験するだろう。

Paradigm shift towards human survival
　Global warming experts say we have passed a certain level at which we can bring global warming to an end. In other words, after crossing the slope of the pass and we couldn't go back. It may be easier to understand that it has exceeded the limit of the earth's resilience and cannot return to its original state.
　The same thing can be said about the human body. This is called homeostasis, and when this homeostasis is disrupted due to illness, the balance of hormones, etc., is disrupted and the condition worsens.

　I think that experts generally knew when the homeostasis of the earth would collapse, but I think this is a very important thing. This is because politicians do not care, and the media do not report on such important matters as the survival of mankind.
　I can only think that they are enjoying karaoke without knowing that the precipitous cliff is approaching them.

　If things continue like this, it will undoubtedly become a scenario in which countermeasures are considered only after a major disaster occurs and fear becomes apparent. It can be said that it is fatal that the COP has continued for 27 years and has produced almost no results.

　If humanity is to survive as it is, it will be necessary to fundamentally reconsider the way the earth is governed. A paradigm shift in governance is needed and humanity will experience great pain.

　サンマが高級魚になって数年が経つだろうか？北海道のサケ、ウニの大量死やワカメの不作等、奇妙な現象が多い様な気がする。温暖化に関連して海水温が上昇しており、サンゴの分布が北上している事や、熱帯魚が日本近海で見られるようになってきてもいる。

　自殺願望の人が増えたり、殺人願望だけでなく、実際に殺人事件を起こす人まで増えてきているような気がする。まさか、人間社会にまで温暖化が影響している事はないと思うが、終末思想が蔓延っているのかも知れない。

　温暖化問題の恐さは、その危険を実感する事が難しい事だろう。人類が危険を実感した時は、既に手遅れで地球の復元力を取り戻す事は多分できないだろう。
　２０２３年の時点で、地球上の老若男女、全ての人が真剣に取り組めば、未だ何とかなるかも知れない位の状況だろうと考えている。

　そして、温暖化問題の厄介なところは、その影響の出方が、多分指数関数的であることだろう。世界平均で海面水位の平均上昇率は、2006～2015年の期間で1年あたり約3.6mmで、1901～ 1990年の期間の平均上昇率1年あたり約1.4mmの約2.5倍であった可能性が非常に高い。つまり、海水面の上昇速度が上がっているという事である。
　気温が上昇すると海水は膨張して海面上昇が起きる。また、北極や南極や高山の氷河が溶けて、これも海水面の上昇に繋がっていく。個人の努力ではもう、間に合わない。

　I seems that several years have passed since pacific saury to become a luxury fish. I feel that there are many strange phenomena such as the mass death of salmon and sea urchins in Hokkaido and the poor harvest of wakame seaweed. Seawater temperature is rising in relation to global warming, and coral distribution is moving northward, and tropical fish are beginning to be seen in the waters near Japan.

　I feel that the number of people who have suicidal thoughts is increasing, and that not only people who want to kill others, but also people who actually commit murder cases are increasing. I don't think global warming is affecting human society, but it's possible that apocalyptic thoughts are spreading.

　The fear of the global warming problem is that it is difficult to realize the danger. By the time mankind realizes the danger, it will be too late to recover the Earth's resilience.
　As of 2023, if all people, young and old, men and women on earth are seriously working on it, I think that the situation may still be manageable. 

　And the troubling part of the global warming problem is that its effects are probably exponential. Globally, the average rate of sea level rise was about 3.6 mm per year over the period 2006-2015, which could have been about 2.5 times the average rate of about 1.4 mm per year over the period 1901-1990 very high in nature. In other words, this means that the ascent speed of the surface of sea water is increasing.
　As temperatures rise, the water expands and causes sea level rise. Melting glaciers in the Arctic, Antarctic, and high mountains will also lead to rising sea levels. Individual efforts are no longer enough.

　ウクライナの穀物が戦争で輸出が妨げられている。人間は、生存が脅かされると攻撃的になるので、穀物不足は間違いなく戦争を誘発するだろう。温暖化の影響で、旱魃や洪水で不作が相次げば、食料の争奪戦争が起きるに違いない。
　不作は農村を疲弊させ、都市部への人口移動を引き起こす。或いは経済難民の増加を齎すだろう。

　日本の食糧自給率が酷い状況になっている事は皆さんご存知だろう。食料安全保障などと掛け声だけで、本腰を入れているとは到底思えない。

　日本は大丈夫なのだろうか？

War For Food
　Exports of Ukrainian grain are hampered by the war. Humans become aggressive when their survival is threatened, so crop shortages will undoubtedly provoke war. If crop failures occur one after another due to droughts and floods due to the effects of global warming, wars over food will undoubtedly occur.
　Poor harvests impoverish rural areas and cause population migration to urban areas. Or it will bring about an increase in economic refugees.

　Everyone knows that Japan's food self-sufficiency rate is in a terrible situation. It is hard to believe that the government is really serious about food security, just voicing it.

　Will Japan be okay?

地球 ガバナンス

　人類はインターネットを介して、地球上の誰とでも素早く自由に意思疎通を行う事が出来る。政府の規制が無ければ、何処にでも行く事が出来るようになっている。通信も物流も地球規模で行われている。
　安全保障や温暖化問題、及びパンデミックへの対処等、地球規模での調整や全体最適の対処を強力に進める事が真に求められている。

　この地球ガバナンスを実現するためには、個別の国家の主権を絶対とするあり方から、主権の一部を地球に付託或いは譲渡するという考え方を持つ必要がある。国際的な問題は、国家間の協力と調整で解決を図るというスタイルは最早時代遅れである。

Earth Governance
　Through the Internet, humanity can communicate quickly and freely with anyone on earth. Without government restrictions, we can go anywhere. Both communication and distribution are carried out on a global scale.
　There is a real need to strongly promote coordination and overall optimization on a global scale, such as dealing with security, global warming, and pandemics.

　In order to realize this Earth Governance, it is necessary to adopt the idea of entrusting or transferring a part of sovereignty to the earth, rather than the way in which the sovereignty of individual nations is absolute. The style of solving international problems through cooperation and coordination among nations is outdated.
