For all the people:
「みんなのために」という思いから強力な事業計画を立てたときには、仕事はうまくいく。自分だけ儲けようという思いならば、いくら頑張って立派な計画を立てたとしても、妨害があったりしてなかなかうまくいかない。
When you make a strong business plan with a desire that all the people could benefit from it, that plan will go well. With the thoughts that it would be OK if only you make profit, no matter what great a plan you may make, that will not go well with some obstruction or interference taking place.
