雇用保険というのはどんなものか実はよくはわからないのが私の実態です。わからないと英訳は実は困難である。中味がわかるとそれに対応した言葉が生み出せる。中味がわかることが英訳化の前に大事なことである。保険料は誰が出すのか。会社が出すのか、従業員が出すのか。たぶん会社と従業員が半分半分で出すのでしょう。その場合のお金はpremium と表現するのでしょう。contribution という言葉もあるかも知れません。受け取る場合のお金、給付はbenefitでしょう。

解体する：demolish が一番代表的か。
