パナソニック 三洋買収 交渉へ 大株主３社から株取得 年内合意めざす 電機で国内最大に
Panasonic Corporation (former Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.,Ltd.) has decided to take over Sanyo Electric Co.,Ltd.,and is going to enter into the negotiations with Sanyo's three major shareholders like Mitsui-Sumitomo Bank in November.Panasonic intends to get more than half stocks issued by Sanyo and aims to reach agreements with companies concerned within the year.This deal makes Panasonic the largest electric maker at home with an annual sales more than 11 trillion yen.
