On July 6th, I took a Casey Therapy "Internal Cleansing Method" course via Zoom.
The review recording that was supposed to be sent on Saturday took a while to arrive, so I was finally able to watch it up to the point just before the colon cleansing late last night.
Its cost 9,020 yen including shipping on Rakuten, which is quite an expense for me.
It has been two years since I started studying Casey Therapy, and the expenses include annual fees, course fees, medication, treatment equipment, etc., which are quite considerable.
This time,we were lectured on Elimination, which is one of the four pillars of Casey Therapy: 1. Circulation, 2. Assimilation, 3. Relaxation, and 4. Elimination.
It's quite rich in content, but it's quite difficult to put into practice.
The review video did not arrive for two days, so my viewing time was reduced by two days, but for now I will learn all about how to do intestinal cleansing by watching the review video that is available until 23:59 on July 13th.
I've got to make up for it, I'll do my best!
