I was shocked to find that my potted hydrangeas had been eaten by deer and only their stems were left, so on July 6th I made a cutting out of the remaining hydrangeas that I had made a charm out of on June 21st.
The hydrangeas that were damaged were also ones that I had grown from cuttings, which I had prepared using soil in August last year.
This is the edge of a rural mountain area, so coexistence and thriving with wild animals is difficult.
This year, I started growing plants from cuttings again, without harming or killing any wild animals.
I am deeply grateful for the work of providence.
