This year, I had an encounter that brought me even closer to certainty.

Now I start putting the finishing touches on this year.

Dear God, thank you for the light of love and compassion this year as well.

I have learned about Edgar Cayce's Lord's Prayer and am practicing it little by little.

I'm not a Christian.

After all, it is a practice aimed at achieving the spiritual growth that Casey spoke of.

I recited the Lord's Prayer while paying attention to the seven chakras (endocrine glands), but what was interesting was that I focused my attention on the spine at Noguchi Chiropractic and felt the same sensation as the spine gyoki that conveys Qi. That's it.

I read the short original text and liked it, but until I get used to paying attention to the seven Chakras, I plan to practice with the Japanese translation, which has a literary style that I'm a little reluctant to read.
