A power spot

Make myself and the space I am in a power spot.

I want to create a space where I can be healed by myself and the space where I am here, without any role, and receive power from myself and the space.

The final destination of decluttering is to create a space where I can give myself power and healing.

Making myself and the space I am in a power spot means that I am not lonely even if I am alone, and that I am filled with a gentle and calm feeling.

Let's enjoy the decluttering life that has just begun, the decluttering that lasts for a life time, do not rush, do not give up and do not compare, and proceed.

Ajusting

I started learning decluttering and have been absent from the Third Sunday's learning scince January.

Actually, the gatherings in the neibourhood and the gatherings of the women's associations overlopped.

The so-called new religious movement that I met at age of 20, the purification of the subconscious ≒ the feeling of being able to deeply understand decluttering was found there.

Both of behavioral cognitive-behavioral therapies in psychology, and they also overuse the emphasis on through practice as a method of approaching the subconscious.

When I met decluttering, I got the perspective of looking down on myself.

I'm here now. The Third perspective of need, fit and comfort for me is letting me ajust.
