先週すべて停電はありませんでした
＝There were not any blockouts all last week

* no と not　の違いに注意

There was no air in the tire.
自転車のタイヤに空気がなかった

（air 空気は数えられない名詞なので単数扱い＝is,wasを使う）

There were no holes in my shoe.
私の靴に穴はない

（hole　穴は数えられる名詞なので　holes　sがつく　複数形なのでare,wereをつかう）

接続詞　aud　は肯定文で「～と」
　　　　or　は否定文、疑問文で「または、それとも」

Do you like A or B ?

She likes A and B.

She doesn't A or B.

*注意）A,Bが数えられる名詞の場合複数の s　をつけるのを忘れないように
