Yesterday I went to see a movie but by the time I arrived

it had (already) started.

昨日、私は映画を見に行ったが、私が着くまでにはそれはすでに始まっていた。


I was supposed to attend a meeting in Yokyo
by the time I arrived it had (already ) ended.

私は東京で会議に参加するはずだったが着いたときまでにはすでに（会議は）終わっていた　　be supposed to～　～するはずだった



Last night I had a headacke so by the time
I felt better my family had already eaten dinner.（現在完了で）

Last night I had a headacke so by the timeI felt better my family was finish dinner.（形容詞を使って）

夕べ、わたしは頭痛があったので具合がよくなるまでには家族は夕食が終わっていた。


【by the time, until,byの違いは？？】

　until　＋時間を表現する名詞　～まで　（継続）
例）We are going to stay here until Monday.
私たちは月曜までここに滞在する予定だ


by　　＋時間を表現する名詞　　～までに　（期限）
例）　I have to be home by ten o'clock.
私は１０時までに帰宅しなければならない。


by the time ＋　主語＋動詞　　～までには

It has come out　それは出ていた《現在完了形》
