宗教の４つの側面　（教祖・教え・教団・信者）

　宗教には教祖、教え、教団、信者の４つの側面がある。これらは、深い繋がりがあるが、正確に整合しているかというとそうではない事に注意する必要がある。

　宗教は、最初にカリスマ性の高い教祖のもとに弟子が集まり、教団が形成されてゆく。弟子達は、教祖の教えを整理し教団にとっての教本なるもの（聖書）を創り上げてゆく。そして、信者を増やしていくのである。

　注意しなければならないのは、教団の神父や牧師がいう事が、教祖の哲学や思想と同じであるとは限らないし、ましてや、一信者の言葉によってその宗教を理解する事は出来ないということである。
　また、時代の経過とともに弟子たちは教祖の権威を利用して、教えを追加していくので、教祖の哲学や思想から離れてゆく事も充分に考えられる。

　例えば、キリストは「右の頬を打たれたときには左の頬を差し出しなさい」と言ったというが、この言葉を今の多くのキリスト教徒は全く無視しているようである。
　イスラム教では、ジハードという言葉を復讐の意味で使っている例もあるようだ。

Four aspects of religion (founder, teachings, cult, believers)
　Religion has four aspects: the founder, the teachings, the cult, and the believers. Although these are deeply connected, it is important to note that they are not exactly consistent.

　In a religion, disciples first gather around a charismatic founder and a religious group is formed. The disciples organize the teachings of the founder and create a textbook (the Bible) for the cult. And the number of believers will increase.

　We must be careful that what the priest or pastor of a religious organization says is not necessarily the same as the philosophy and thoughts of the founder, and even more so, it is impossible to understand the religion based on the words of one believer.
　Furthermore, as the disciples use the authority of the founder to add to their teachings as time passes, it is quite possible that they will drift away from the philosophy and ideas of the founder.

　For example, Christ said, ``If you are struck on the right cheek, offer the left cheek,'' but many Christians today seem to completely ignore this statement.
　In Islam, the word jihad is sometimes used to mean revenge.

法治の行く末

　現代の高度で複雑な社会を混乱無く運営していくためには、法治は必然であるだろう。しかしながら、法治に有りがちな問題や弊害について留意しておく事も重要だろう。
　法は、時代背景、社会事情、民度、社会通年に基づいて定められるっべきものである。これらは、時間の経過と共に変わるものなので、法も対応していく必要がある。

　このような事情により、次のような問題の発生が予想される。
（１）法が増えるにつれて、整合性の検討が負担になる。
（２）法が時代遅れになり、無用となっても排除されることは難しい。このため有効性の前提条件を明示しておくか、見直し時期を定めておく事が求められる。
（３）取り締まる法がないので対応できないという事態が多発するようになる。
（４）法の簡素化や透明性が重要になる時期がくる。

　法は人類にとっては、必須のものであるが、法を整理しながら不要な法を排除していく事が必要である。整理と改廃が不充分であれば、法治の根幹が揺るぐ事になるだろう。

The future of the rule of law
　The rule of law is indispensable in order to operate today's sophisticated and complex society without chaos. However, it is also important to keep in mind the problems and negative effects that often occur in the rule of law.
　Laws should be established based on the historical background, social circumstances, the cultural level of the people, and the general state of society. These things change over time, so the law needs to keep up with them.

　Due to these circumstances, the following problems are expected to occur.
(1) As the number of laws increases, consideration of consistency becomes a burden.
(2) Even if a law becomes obsolete or useless, it is difficult to eliminate it. For this reason, it is necessary to clearly state the prerequisites for effectiveness or to set a timing for review.
(3) Since there is no law to control the situation, situations that cannot be dealt with will occur frequently.
(4) There will come a time when simplification and transparency of laws will become important.

　Law is essential for humankind, but it is necessary to organize the laws and eliminate unnecessary laws. If the organization, reform, and abolition are insufficient, the foundations of the rule of law will be shaken.

 

選民思想は害を齎す

選民思想は害を齎す

　神は善を喜ぶ一方で、悪の存在を許す。神には善も悪も無いのかも知れない。人間が善悪の判断をしても、神の見解は全く異なるものなのであろう。神にとっては善も悪も全く同等で、人も猛獣も植物も全く同等なのだろう。
　当然の事ながら、黒人、黄色人、白人の別もない。宗教や民族が異なっても、神の目には同じ人類であろう。

　そのように考えると、神が選民思想を支持する筈がない。第一、選民思想はその根底にエゴが有るではないか。また、偏見や自惚れの原動力となってしまう。かつて、ナチスがゲルマン民族の優秀性を標榜し、一方でユダヤ人を大量虐殺したのも、選民思想である。日本も日本は神の国だといって、戦争を始めてしまった。
　選民思想は、狂気に連なり害を齎すので要注意である。

Elitism is harmful
　While God delights in good, He allows evil to exist. Maybe God has no good or evil. Even if humans judge what is good and bad, God's opinion may be completely different. To God, good and evil might be completely equal, and people, beasts of prey, and plants are all the same.
　Of course, there is no distinction between black, yellow, and white people. Even if we have different religions and ethnicities, in the eyes of God we are all the same human race.

　If you think of it that way, there is no way that God would support elitism. First, isn't egoism at the root of the Chosen People's ideology? It also becomes a driving force for prejudice and self-conceit. In the past, the Nazis advocated the superiority of the Germanic peoples, while at the same time massacring the Jews, which was based on the idea of a chosen people. Japan also started a war claiming that Japan was God's country.
　We must be careful of elitism, as it leads to insanity and brings harm.

給与法改正という政府の愚策

　給与法改正案が可決されてしまった。国民が生活に苦しんでいる時に、為政者が自分達の給与を上げようとはどのような了見なのだろうと見識を疑ってしまう。
　今、岸田政権は支持率が急落しているが、自分で自分の首を絞めてしまったようだ。
　自分達の給与が上がっても、返却すれば事が足りると軽く考えているだろうが、国民の怒りは済まないだろう。

　政治家ともあろう者が、管子が言った「統治の基本は、先ず民に与える事だ」という名言を知らないのだろうか？今回は、この逆を行ったのだから、岸田政権の命脈は尽きただろう。

　地方に旅をしたときの楽しみの一つは、地酒である。美味しい料理でお酒の量が増えるのは当然であろう。
