Er ist wirklich der beste Journalist und Gelehrte der Welt

Es ist das Kapitel, das ich am 06.05.2017 verschickt habe.
In seiner wöchentlichen Shincho Golden Week-Reportage ist Masayuki Takayama auch der Inbegriff des Nachkriegsjournalisten weltweit.
Der letzte Teil dieses Wochenmagazins beginnt mit seiner berühmten Kolumne.
* Er ist wirklich der beste Journalist und Gelehrte der Welt.
Ihm sollte der Nobelpreis für Literatur verliehen werden.
Denn zum Beispiel haben laut diesem Papier das japanische Volk und Menschen auf der ganzen Welt zum ersten Mal gesagt, dass der Asahi Shimbun verbreitet hat, dass "Japaner Frauen nicht nur in Koreanern, sondern auch in Niederländisch-Indien engagiert haben". Weil wir zum ersten Mal wissen, dass es eine vollständige Lüge ist.

週刊新潮ゴールデンウィーク特集でも高山正之は戦後の世界で唯一無二のジャーナリストとしての真骨頂を発揮している。
この週刊誌の掉尾を飾る彼の名物コラムからである。

*彼は本当に世界最高のジャーナリストであり、学者である。ノーベル文学賞は彼にこそ与えられるべきものである。

何故なら、例えば、本論に依って、初めて、日本国民及び世界中の人たちは、朝日新聞が流布して来た「日本人は朝鮮人だけではなく蘭領インドでも女性を犯した」という話が全くの嘘である事を初めて知るからである。

しかも、その嘘は、朝日新聞、嘘をついた人たちだけではなく、私も含めて本論文を読むまで全く無知だった世界中の人たちにとっても、とことん悲しい歴然たる事実だからである。およそ、今の世界で、高山正之以上にノーベル文学賞に相応しい人間はいない。私の人生を鼓舞し続けてくれたボブ・ディラン以上の存在が、高山正之である。彼は現在生きている人間の中で本当の知の巨人である。彼に匹敵する知の巨人としては故渡部昇一氏がいるだけだろう。古田博司という知の巨人も日本には存在しているが。＊
ハーフカス哀歌
先の大戦は日本の英米への宣戦布告で始まった。　
そうしたらオレも日本嫌いの白人国家だとオランダが宣戦布告してきた。　
オランダ領東インドにはパレンバンとかバリクパパンとか大油田がある。
産出量は日本の年間消費量を補ってなお余りあった。　
日本はシンガポールとフィリピンを落とした後、オランダと石油買い取り交渉をするつもりだった。　
それが向こうから宣戦布告してきた。
好都合というか、交渉の手間は省けた。　
で、シンガポール攻略のめどがつくとすぐ蘭領東インドへ侵攻を開始した。　
蘭軍８万はバンドン要塞に籠っていた。
英はインド人を、米はフィリピン人を前衛に使ったが、オランダ人は現地人を４００年間も残忍に扱ってきた。　
それが祟って開戦するや「現地人兵卒はみな逃げた」
（Ｒ・ガウスブルック『西欧の植民地喪失と日本』）。　
要塞に残ったのは白人だけだった。　
日本軍が攻撃を始めると彼らはすぐに手を上げた。
彼らは30年前の青島攻略戦で捕虜になったドイツ兵が優雅な収容所生活を送ったのを知っていた。　
俺たちも同じように大事にしてもらおうか。　
しかしあの戦争は日本が追い詰められ、食えなくなったから始めた。　
勝手に宣戦し、碌に戦いもせず、さあ８万人を優雅に食わしてくれとは虫が良すぎないか。　
しかも扶養対象は彼らだけではなかった。

先日の朝日新聞がオランダ人の反日感情はこのときの「日本軍による虐待」が原因と書いていたが、ガウスブルックは「虐待と感じる半分は黄色い曲がり脚の猿に指図される白人意識にあった」と分析している。　
もう一つ、このとき収容所に入れなかった“白人”がいたことを彼も朝日も敢えて触れていない。　
「オランダ人が現地の女に産ませた合いの子でハーフカス（ｈａｌｆ-ｃａｓｔｅ）と呼ばれていた。女はオランダ人よりきれいだった」と南方方面軍にいた全日空常務、山口登氏がずっと昔に話してくれた。　
合いの子の男は東ティモールのシャナナ・グスマンがそうだったように白人の父を守る兵士になり、母方の現地人を虐めた。　
女たちも白人社会に入って暮らしていたが、開戦ですべてが狂った。　
実の父は家族の手前もあるから抑留施設に連れて行かなかった。　
現地人は彼らを憎んでいて東ティモールのように殺されかねなかった。　
彼女らは進駐した日本の軍人や軍属、商社マンの庇護を頼った。
「彼女らと結婚したり同棲したりする例は多かった」（同）　
大宅壮一が主宰した「白馬会」もこのジャワのハーフカスが目的だった。
大宅はともかく現地で暮らした軍属たちはみな真面目だった。
敗戦後、インドネシアの独立戦争に参加し散っていった2000人の軍人、軍属の多くはそうした絡みを持っていた。　
朝日新聞は吉田清治の嘘を糊塗するため、日本人の醜い「戦場の性」を盛んに喧伝してきた。　
その一つが「日本軍は朝鮮人だけじゃあない、蘭印でもオランダ人女性を犯していた」シリーズだ。　
今回は大久保真紀記者が「オランダ人女性と日本人軍属との娘」が来日して父方の家族に会った話を語っている。　
中で女性たちがオランダ人でなく、見捨てられたハーフカスだったことをこっそり明かしている。　
日本人は悪者でなくてはならない。
朝日新聞の社是だが、それではどうしても辻褄が合わなくなる。
それを証明したような記事だ。　
いい日本人が書けない。
何とも悲しい新聞だ。

Es heißt, das liegt im Atem des koreanischen Volkes.
Die meisten Koreaner stimmen diesen Behauptungen schnell zu.
Es ist, weil sie jeden Tag mit dem Schmerz davon leben.
Eine verdorbene mentale Kultur, die offen für Lügen ist, zieht die Politik und Wirtschaft des Landes in den Abgrund von Chaos und Stagnation.
Das liegt daran, dass es im Spiel keine fairen Regeln oder großen Versprechen gibt.

On the day of the verdict of impeachment, half the nation celebrated, while the other half cried tears of sorrow. It ripped the hearts of the people to shreds.
It foreshadows the tremendous conflicts and consequent catastrophes that will continue for years to come.　
What about society?
As I introduced in the prologue, this country is a heaven and earth of lies.
Perjury and false accusations are hundreds of times more prevalent in this country than in Japan.
Insurance fraud of all kinds is a hundred times more rampant than in the US.
One-third of all government aid money is taken by fraud.
The number of civil lawsuits per population is the highest in the world.
It says that lies ingrain in the breath of the Korean people.
Most Koreans are quick to agree with these claims.
It is because they live with the pain of it every day.
A depraved mental culture that is open to lying is dragging the country's politics and economy into the abyss of chaos and stagnation.
It's because there are no fair rules or big promises in the game.
2019 is a depressing time for all of us.

今この国は経済、政治、社会の令ての方面で危機です。
いつ可視化するか分からない潜在的危機です。
経済成長が減速の傾向を見せて20年です。
企業の投資が徐々に萎縮して来ています。
潜在的危機なのに、どこの誰が投資しようとするでしょうか。
そのため青年たちの良質な働き煬所が減って来ています。最低賃金の過激な引き上げは、自営業者と零細商工業者の存立を脅かしています。
庶民の暮らし向きはさらに困難になっています。
政府はこの全ての結果を十分に予測し得る拙劣な政策に固執しています。
韓国経済の実態と特質を理解できないアマチュア執権勢力が、分配指向と規制一辺倒の政策に固執しているためです。　
政治状況はさらに暗鬱です。
2014年にセウォル号が沈没して以来、韓国の自由市民は、想像もできない、とてつもない災雌を経験しました。
今もそれらの事柄を回顧すると、気持ちが混乱するばかりです。
大統領の弾劾へと続く一連の政治過程は、無能で無責任な政治家が権力を取ったとき、どれほど大きな混乱を招くかを教科書的によく表わしています。
権力が弱点を見せると、大衆はどれほど残忍だったでしょうか。
女性大統領の衣服を剥ぎ、縛り、首を斬り、死体を運ぶパフォーマンスが、白昼の広場で強行されました。
政治家たちはどれほど卑劣だったでしょうか。
大統領を裏切り弾劾を主導した勢力は、個人的怨恨に引きずられた小人の輩でした。
容疑を慎重に迫及する国会の調査過程は、ほとんど省略されました。
裁判官たちは、首に刀をあてがわれたとしても犯してはならないことをしました。
彼らは政治的に裁判を行ないました。
弾劾の判決が下された日、国民の半分は祝杯を挙げましたが、半分は悲痛の涙を流しました。

韓国人の息づかいには嘘が染み付いていると言われます。
このような主張に、大部分の韓国人は即座に同意します。
日々、それによる苦痛の中に生きているからです。
嘘をつくことに寛大な堕落した精神文化は、この国の政治と経済を混乱と停滞の淵に引きずり込みます。
ゲームに公正な規則や大きな約束がないからです。
2019年は皆にとって憂鬱な日々です。

オランダ領東インドにはパレンバンとかバリクパパンとか大油田がある。
産出量は日本の年間消費量を補ってなお余りあった。　
日本はシンガポールとフィリピンを落とした後、オランダと石油買い取り交渉をするつもりだった。　
それが向こうから宣戦布告してきた。
好都合というか、交渉の手間は省けた。　
で、シンガポール攻略のめどがつくとすぐ蘭領東インドへ侵攻を開始した。　
蘭軍８万はバンドン要塞に籠っていた。
英はインド人を、米はフィリピン人を前衛に使ったが、オランダ人は現地人を４００年間も残忍に扱ってきた。　
それが祟って開戦するや「現地人兵卒はみな逃げた」
（Ｒ・ガウスブルック『西欧の植民地喪失と日本』）。　
要塞に残ったのは白人だけだった。　
日本軍が攻撃を始めると彼らはすぐに手を上げた。
彼らは30年前の青島攻略戦で捕虜になったドイツ兵が優雅な収容所生活を送ったのを知っていた。　
俺たちも同じように大事にしてもらおうか。　
しかしあの戦争は日本が追い詰められ、食えなくなったから始めた。　
勝手に宣戦し、碌に戦いもせず、さあ８万人を優雅に食わしてくれとは虫が良すぎないか。　
しかも扶養対象は彼らだけではなかった。
在蘭印の４万オランダ市民もいた。
日本軍は現地人を教育して彼らの面倒を見させた。　
「我々が酷く虐めてきた現地人は碌な食事も与えずに我々を働かせた」　
日本軍将兵は乱暴だがまだ良識的だった。　
「規律違反するとシャワーを何日か禁じた。日本人は我々が風呂に入る習慣のないことも知らず、懲罰になると信じていた」
先日の朝日新聞がオランダ人の反日感情はこのときの「日本軍による虐待」が原因と書いていたが、ガウスブルックは「虐待と感じる半分は黄色い曲がり脚の猿に指図される白人意識にあった」と分析している。　
もう一つ、このとき収容所に入れなかった“白人”がいたことを彼も朝日も敢えて触れていない。　
「オランダ人が現地の女に産ませた合いの子でハーフカス（ｈａｌｆ-ｃａｓｔｅ）と呼ばれていた。女はオランダ人よりきれいだった」と南方方面軍にいた全日空常務、山口登氏がずっと昔に話してくれた。　
合いの子の男は東ティモールのシャナナ・グスマンがそうだったように白人の父を守る兵士になり、母方の現地人を虐めた。　
女たちも白人社会に入って暮らしていたが、開戦ですべてが狂った。　
実の父は家族の手前もあるから抑留施設に連れて行かなかった。　
現地人は彼らを憎んでいて東ティモールのように殺されかねなかった。　
彼女らは進駐した日本の軍人や軍属、商社マンの庇護を頼った。
「彼女らと結婚したり同棲したりする例は多かった」（同）　
大宅壮一が主宰した「白馬会」もこのジャワのハーフカスが目的だった。
大宅はともかく現地で暮らした軍属たちはみな真面目だった。
敗戦後、インドネシアの独立戦争に参加し散っていった2000人の軍人、軍属の多くはそうした絡みを持っていた。　
朝日新聞は吉田清治の嘘を糊塗するため、日本人の醜い「戦場の性」を盛んに喧伝してきた。　
その一つが「日本軍は朝鮮人だけじゃあない、蘭印でもオランダ人女性を犯していた」シリーズだ。　
今回は大久保真紀記者が「オランダ人女性と日本人軍属との娘」が来日して父方の家族に会った話を語っている。　
中で女性たちがオランダ人でなく、見捨てられたハーフカスだったことをこっそり明かしている。　
日本人は悪者でなくてはならない。
朝日新聞の社是だが、それではどうしても辻褄が合わなくなる。
それを証明したような記事だ。　
いい日本人が書けない。
何とも悲しい新聞だ。

今日の産経新聞に、日韓ＧＳＯＭＩＡ破棄の影響、対日カードにする愚行、と題して掲載された伊藤俊幸元海将へのインタビュー記事からである。
「底知れぬ悪」と「まことしやかな嘘」の国である韓国の度し難さを実証している記事でもある。
「韓国人はなぜウソつきなのか」と題して月刊誌WiLL今月号に掲載された世界最高の朝鮮半島通の学者の一人である西岡力氏の論文が教えてくれた韓国の実態も再認識させてくれる記事である。

「この国の国民が嘘を日常化し、この国の政治家が嘘を政争の手段にしていることは、この国の嘘つき学問にもっとも大きい責任がある。私の見るところこの国の歴史学や社会学は嘘の温床だ。この国の大学は嘘の製造工場だ。そう言っても大きな間違いではないと自負できる。だいたい1960年代からだから、そのような歳月がすでに60年も流れた。だから2000年代に入りすべての国民とすべての政治家が泰然として嘘をつくようになったのだ」　
そして、自分の専攻分野である韓国の歴史学の嘘を列挙していく。　
「古代史から現代史にいたるまで韓国の歴史学がどのような嘘をついてきたのかを列挙すれば限りがない有様だ。嘘は主として20世紀に入り日本がこの地を支配した歴史と関連してむやみに横行している。この本で論駁した、いくつかだけを列挙する。総督府が土地調査事業を通じて全国の土地の40％を国有地にして奪ったという教科書の記述はでたらめな小説だった。植民地朝鮮の米を日本に積み出したという教科書の主張は無知の所産だった。日帝が戦時期に朝鮮人を労務者として動員し奴隷として酷使したという主張は悪意に満ちたねつ造だった。嘘の行進は日本軍慰安婦問題にいたって絶頂に達した。憲兵と警察が道ばたの処女を拉致したり洗濯場の婦人を連行して慰安所に引っ張って行ったという通念はたった一件の事例も発見されていない真っ赤な嘘だった」
ここまで歴史学を批判した上で、その嘘が裁判所にまで広がったとして、昨年10月の最高裁の戦時労働者賠償判決を徹底的に批判する。　
「嘘の学問が嘘の歴史を書いて若い世代に教えてすでに60年だ。その教育を受けて育った世代がついに最高裁判事にまでなったので、この国の司法府が嘘の裁判をすることはそれほどおかしなことではない」

2016年に締結されたＧＳＯＭＩＡは１２年に日韓関係の悪化で一度、署名が延期された。
今の韓国の動きは当時と同様、あくまでも政治・外交的に利用しているだけだ。
しかしＧＳＯＭＩＡのメリットは韓国側により多く、対日カードにするのはばかげている。　
文在寅政権の姿勢で今、一番困っているのは韓国軍幹部だろう。
北朝鮮が繰り返しミサイルを発射する中、軌道や着弾の情報は自衛隊のレーダーによるところが大きいからだ。
北朝鮮が実験する短距離弾道ミサイルは複雑な軌道で飛ぶ露製「イスカンデル」をモデルにした新型とされ、着弾情報は非常に貴重だ。
逆に、日本が韓国から得る情報は発射地点や兆候に関するヒューミント（人的情報）などに限られ、同様の情報は米国も把握しているため、ＧＳＯＭＩＡがなくても日本のデメリットはほとんどない。　
そもそも、ＧＳＯＭＩＡは共有する情報の中身を決めるものではなく、共有した情報を保護して、第三国への漏洩を防ぐ取り決めだ。
私が情報関連の任務に就いていたのはＧＳＯＭＩＡ締結前だったが、自衛隊の情報が欲しい韓国軍側は何度も締結を求めてきた。
ＧＳＯＭＩＡ破棄で支障があるとすれば、日米韓卜ライアングルによる情報共有だ。
米軍は自衛隊の情報を韓国軍に渡すとき、あるいは韓国軍の情報を自衛隊に渡すときに機密部分を隠さなければならず、非常な手間がかかる。
実際に韓国が破棄に動くなら、米国は強く反発するだろう。　　　（聞き手　加納宏幸）
●　軍事情報包括保護協定　(GSOMI A)　国や機関同士で軍事上の機密情報を提供し合うにあたって、第三国への情報漏洩を防ぐために結ぶ協定。ＧＳＯＭＩＡは｢General Security of Military　Information Agreement｣の略。日本は米国や北大西洋条約機構(ＮＡＴＯ)、フランス、オーストラリアなどと同種の協定を結んでいる。韓国とは2016年11月に締結した。効力は１年で、90日前に終了の意思をどちらかが書面で通告しない限り毎年自動更新される。破棄する場合、その通告期限は今月24日。
